Outstanding water flosser

My husband and I were sharing a different brand water flosser. I decided I wanted to purchase my own and selected Puur based on reviews. It blew me away how much better it worked! I absolutely love it.

Good product and customer service

This is a really good product and seems to help with under my implants. I had a little issue but customer service was great and took care of it and even called to check if everything has been taken care of.

This water flossing product is a trojan horse for a subscription that is not clearly identified in the initial offer and is very pricey.
When you try to contact the company both telephone numbers on the contact info page result in no satisfaction. One says the number says it is busy, the other says they will call you back. 4 hours later and I still have not heard from them. Therefore, I must assume this company is running a scam operation.
The product itself is not special.

Great customer service.

This company so far has been easy to work with. The flosser I received was defective and they have agreed to send a replacement. As such, I have yet to use their product, so I cannot review that, but the customer service has been excellent thus far.

Stay Away from the Worst Flosser and Company

This water flosser is the worst on the market. It is frustrating to use for several reasons. The water container part holds very little water. It does not hold a charge very long and requires long charges daily. The “on” button is slow to respond.
Even worse than the product is the automatic membership in a subscription plan. I was unaware this was part of the purchase. You will be charged almost $100 every month for unneeded products they choose. There is NO customer service. AI responds, but cannot cancel subscription. I finally found a phone number, yet they on work M-F, meanwhile sending emails, products and credit card charges on the weekend. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Their business practices and non user friendly website are The Worst!

We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. We can confirm that all emails sent by the customer were responded to within a couple of hours, and their requests to cancel both the subscription and the order were completed promptly once received. At no point were these requests ignored.

Our subscription terms are clearly disclosed at checkout and in the order confirmation emails sent to all customers. Subscriptions can also be managed or canceled at any time by contacting our support team. While our customer support operates Monday through Friday, we do actively monitor and respond to emails as quickly as possible, including around weekends.

We understand that product experience can vary from customer to customer, and we genuinely regret that this was not a positive one in this case. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve both our products and our customer experience.

If there are any remaining concerns, we encourage the customer to reach out directly so we can assist further.

I purchased a Purr Smile earlier this year and absolutely love it! I have been on a feeding tube for nearly 1 1/2 years. No one warned me about all the build up that could cause on my teeth. I was bleeding a lot when I brushed, so I went to an extra soft toothbrush. Unfortunately, that didn't touch the build up. I was shocked to see how quick and effective the Purr Smile was at breaking even hard plaque off my teeth! I'm very happy with my purchase and have highly recommended it to many family members and friends. My only regret is ordering it before you added the Floss Drops and Cleaning Tabs to the free items.

Great experience

I had inadvertently selected a subscription without realizing it until I was notified by email of another order coming in. I emailed the company to question about the order and was made aware of what I had done, they not only responded quickly to my email but went ahead and cancelled the subscription for me as well. Great and quick resolution. Excellent customer service. My original product I did order is excellent as well.

They sign you up for a subscription model without your knowledge or consent. And then they do not make it easy to cancel.

They will do everything they can confuse you into keeping your subscription. In order to cancel one order I had to cancel five subscriptions. These are things that I never signed up for!!! I made one purchase and that was all I ever agreed to!!!

And I’ve read all of their responses to the other complaints, just like mine “ you agreed to the subscription model when you purchased your original product”. NO NO NO!!!

This is a lie, it is purposely deceitful trickery!!!

You should be shut down and your CEO thrown in jail because this is fraud!!

It is a pathetic way to do business when you have to trick your customers into staying with you!

I don’t care how much I like their product, they have lost my respect, trust and business forever

This company did not disappoint in the…

This company did not disappoint in the products they have i am quite pleased with my purchase. I did run into a bit of a bump when I ordered. I was offered a second water flosser at half price. So obviously I jumped at the chance to gift the second one, although it did not arrive with the initial order. I got in contact with customer service and was promptly contacted in less than three days my second part of my order was fulfilled. Purrsmile has gained a future custom.

I love that my mouth feels so much…
