After writing this review, I was contacted by JC from puur smile and would be receiving a replacement, I received the replacement and it charged and worked. So far so good. Not the best customer service but they did make it right. The puur smile water flosser would not stay charged as soon as I opened the box. I was out of the 90 day return policy, apparently, although the website said lifetime guarantee at the time of purchase. Good luck with customer service, no answer on the phone they only communicate through email and it took 10 days the first time to get a response other than an automated message, then plan on every other day after that.

My teeth are full of pockets which enflame my gums if they aren't kept super clean. Flossing helps but the Purrsmile device gets the spaces floss doesn't reach and my mouth has never felt more clean. I use it in the shower.

To my surprise today I received an email for confirmation of an order for $59.97 but was charged $192 on my card from this company that was not authorized. This is fraud and a scam and when I reached out to this company I received an email from someone name Tina who completely ignored the fact i requested a refund and did not authorized a charge of $192 and a request to cancel any subscriptions and tried to offer me a store credit, and to push out any future shipments, so now I’m going have to get my bank and BBB involved because I don’t want any one else to have same experience and to get my monies back.

I contacted Puursmile to about a subscription that I didn't recall sign I ng up for. A representative responded to my outreach very fast. Our communications were very positive, and the issue that caused me to contact them was resolved quickly.

Once i received my Puursmile flosser I didn't realize it included monthly replenishments at a lower cost. I contacted them to state I didnn't want this service. They immediately credited my charge account with the amount and said the product had already been shipped. Thus I was to ask for a prepaid label to return the product. However, instead they advised me to keep the product at no cost as a courtesy to me.

***UPDATE (1/17/26)*** I finally received my products and customer service finally called me back but only after I sent my initial review (that should not be the only way to reach customer service) and offered me a 10% rebate for their lack of communication in notifying me that they were "out of stock". I have yet to try the product, but I am hoping to be pleased with it. For now I will increase rating, however a note for the company - work on your communication methods keeping customers in the loop when you are out of stock or there are delays. Most people will be understanding but "ghosting" them is unacceptable. And also make it easier to reach customer service (not chatbots) with responses/calls & emails back every time. Finally, your automatic subscription methods are deceiving and should be made much more upfront to the customer at the time of purchase.
***Initial Review***
I ordered your product on 12/23/2026 was told it would only be 2-3 days shipping. On January 1st, I still had not received it. Emailed them and I was told (in an auto reply email) I would hear back in a couple of days. Today, I still have not heard anything from them. They do not respond to phone calls, chatbot or emails. I have tried many different ways to reach them. I am very frustrated and would like my money back.

This company is a scam! I ordered the flosser pic and they signed me up for a monthly subscription that I did not agree too! I called, emailed, and did the chat box and no one is responding and handling my complaints. They were supposed to stop shipment on the recurring items that I never agreed to. They never have and I have never talked to a human! Also, the product already broke and I haven’t had it long at all.

I had an issue which was handled with great professionalism and courtesy by the J.C. The issued was resolved to my 100% satisfaction… I feel J.C. went above and beyond what’s usually expected.
I would definitely recommend Puursmile without any reservations.

Great customer service. I appreciate being helped and having my emails returned in a timely manner. I'm still getting used to the settings and using it in the shower to not have to worry about spraying water everywhere. I enjoy it being cordless.

For Christmas, I gave the Puur Smile Brush/Flosser and accessories to my daughter. She loves her gift! In addition, I made an error, and reached out to customer service. I received exceptional assistance! So much so that will be purchasing a Puur Smile for myself!

You should further know that your company’s claim that they couldn’t process my cancellation as you didn’t have my email is totally bogus as you both confirmed my order by email well before you had even shipped it and when a label was created to ship the original order, I was also advised by email. Further examples of your customer care team and how poor they are, only made worse by your product

You should also know that on Jan. 2, I cancelled both the original and refill order, after just learning on Jan. 1 that you intended to ship a refill order, which I was not informed about nor aware of prior to Jan. 1, which is well before the first 30 days was even up. Then I was told you were unable to stop shipment of the refill although a USPS order was only first created on Jan. 7, allowing you plenty of time not to ship that refill order and yet you still did. Not acceptable and not ok. Unfortunately neither your company nor its products are desirable

And now they’re offering as of 5:56 to keep a product that is inferior and doesn’t work and pay half. As you can see, this is who they are and what refund have they given and now offered to me. They are a complete joke and not to be trusted.

2ND UPDATE: 12 DAYS STILL NO RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION.
UPDATE: I originally heard back with a response to my request to return the items within 24 hours. They just said...we will see if we can get approval (which is concerning because there is a 90 day full refund gurantee on the website)...and now it has been a week with no further communication. I have sent follow ups. Starting to feel like they are trying to run the return clock. Hope not.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: So far so good...waiting on help with refund. I contacted the company within 2 days of opening the product. I am a little concerned that I am told I will get a 90% refund when there was a 90 day grantee or 30 days try it gurantee...which we tried it and it didn't work out for us...so not sure why I am having to do a 90% refund. But no confirmation back yet even on that, it's been 4 days. Hoping for a good outcome, for the company to uphold its gurantee and excellent customer service.
