I bought my mum a puzzle made up of family photos for her birthday. The buying experience itself was fine, but Mum was disappointed with the product when she received it. When making the puzzle the pieces wouldn't stay together and had gaps in between them all. Every time she put pieces together, they immediately came apart again and wouldn't stay in place. When she finally finished the puzzle, she couldn't fit it into a frame without binding the back as it kept breaking up and moving. She loved the idea but sadly it was not the joy of putting it together that I envisaged for her.

This was an anniversary gift for my parents. They were delighted with it and it is now framed on their dining room wall.
