Money grabbing opportunists

Money grabbing opportunists. I had to sort out a charge for an incredibly old neighbour who was in hospital for a very long time. They had overstayed a parking meter by 11 minutes, 10 minutes being the grace period by law, the following week they ended up in hospital. Zero help, consideration or humanity from this vile company. Ticket extension of most likely less than £1 being generated into a £150+ charge with threats of CCJs, bailiffs and other things. Disgusting.

When I eventually got an answer

When I eventually got an answer, I was always seem to be speaking to someone who's just left school and doesn't want to be there. I was given mixed information and such a lack of compassion. Horrible experience

Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous they send a text you can't even use the message link with my surname and postcode!!..
I set a payment I can afford and still threats of action their not available at weekends and times of contact are not suitable as like many people work! ...

Mistaken (?) identity

Letter to my address, demanding payment for failing to pay for fuel at a Sainsbury's site. This wasn't me. Wrong name, wrong car registration, wrong place of incident. Phoned to request my address be removed from their records which it apparently now has been.

Rude unprofessional people

Rude unprofessional people. I paid it in the end, but very rude people on the phone...She sounded like someone who doesn't know what professionalism means to callers. It appears a mistake was made at the petrol station, which was NOT my fault, the cashier DIDN'T HEAR ME MENTION THE PUMP, Only the snacks we were buying. Why would I pay for one and not the other???? Won't I have just driven away...But to charge ME 18 pounds ?? - Goodness! Get your receipt guys when you pay for anything these days...!!!

Wont listen even if the debt is fraudulent

Sent a text message saying they had sent me important documents, took me 3 attempts to open said document due to them having an old postcode for me which I tried on the off chance.
Apparently trying to chase a debt that I have no knowledge of which is also listed to an old address.
Called and whoever I spoke to didn't want to hear anything I said, just kept saying I had to pay or set up a payment plan an would not give me any information about the supposed debt including dates this allegedly occurred.
Currently in the process of reporting this matter as fraud/identity theft to the police whereby hopefully a crime number will get these lot to listen.

Scam/false information.

Scam/false information.

Received a letter for unpaid fuel at a Hornbill Connect in Bracknell Berkshire on 25/05/2023 at 12:00:00 according to letter.

I have bank statement proving I bought fuel at a BP station at Warwick services on the same day 23 minutes earlier at 11:37.

Sound like a data error somewhere or possibly cloned plate or chancers.

They are messaging my 16 year old. I tried Calling but a voicemail message said they are closed until the 14th September for training. (Needed) but it's the 20th September!!. Says it all. Glad my son's on the bell and didn't click on their dodgy links

Horrible company, as per everyone elses review, I cannot log in with my reference number to make a payment. Also no one is answering the phones!

They are a sham of a company who should not exist!

Poor company, impossible to reach.

Does anyone even work here?!?! When you do get through they are rude. My grandaprents received a letter for unpaid fuel at sainsburys which really threw them as never ever had this before. They found it physically impossible to reach someone to discuss. They don't have a computer so asked me to help them and impossible to create an account online or reach them. I finally got through to someone after being on hold for over 30 mins and would not speak to me despite having all the relevant information unless my grandmother authorised but she lives over 100 miles away. All I wanted was confirmation a payment had been made. Worst company I have ever had to encounter.

I have tried and tried to get threw to QDR solicitors.I have not been able to get threw to anyone.Iv asked for ring back no one as contacted me.Tried to go on website and its saying my reference is not recognised.I have tried alot over the last thew month.They are rubbish.

Falsely Accused of not paying for petrol letter arrived 14/08/2023…

I received a letter through the post reminding me of a previous letter about me not paying for my petrol in June, these allegations are totally untrue. There was no previous letter. I will be strongly requesting evidence of this incident that is against me .
Thanks to the previous reviewer who recommended False accusations should be reported Financial Ombudsman,

Received a letter from this company…

Received a letter from this company stating I had an outstanding debt for fuel at stanstead airport. I remembered going into the shop to pay and when I checked my bank account today there is confirmation I paid for the snacks etc but the cashier hadn’t added the fuel payment on. I rang this company to pay and explain it was a cashier error. The male I spoke with was so rude and unprofessional. He told me I would have to pay the £18 admin charge regardless. I refused to pay this and he aggressively told me that the admin charge would stay and there was nothing anyone could do. He blamed me for not checking whether the fuel payment had been added and for not asking for a receipt!! I contacted BP direct and spoke with their customer service team. They agreed for me to send the payment to them direct via a bank transfer and they would wipe the admin charge.

This company are charlatans and unscrupulous, they obviously will say anything to collect their admin fee.

If you are contacted for any outstanding debt, contact the original company and sort with them directly. DO not deal with these bunch of clowns.

QDR website prevents debt being paid online, on time.

It is curious that a debt collection agency runs a system that makes it impossible to pay on time, online. Their reference details don't work, and I, apparently like a lot of others, have been unable to set up an account or pay. Does this mean that ongoing letters and demands for payment escalate the amounts demanded by this company and the income that they can receive? It is also curious that Sainsbury's should contract such a company. I will be complaining to Sainsbury's, QDR, the Ombusdman if necessary and reporting this further too.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Very quick to constantly harass you if you supposedly owe money, but cannot bother to confirm with their client that this was an error, confirm with you that the matter is now closed or even apologise.

Tried speaking to someone to sort out my issue. They must get people off the street to answer their phones. No clue about anything. Absolute joke of a company. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Solicitors my &&&& you would think a company like Tesco would use a more reputable company rather than these jokers
