Repeated emails for weeks asking me to log in to read important documents…after calling repeatedly I’m told every time you have no record of even my email address.incompetence puts it mildly for a supposed solicitor,sorry debt collector

Vile. I have told them the person they’re after has never and does not live at my address. I’ve never met anyone with the name they’re after. Which funnily enough is different on each of the three letters they’ve sent. And they can’t spell. Maybe learn how to do that and if you must try to reclaim money at least get it from the correct person. Leave me alone. Otherwise I’ll take necessary action. Moronic people.

Absolutely ridiculous!

I received two text messages stating I need to contact QDR Solicitors with a different reference each time and my name spelled incorrectly. I then proceed to call the number and am told that I need to proved my address as part of the their security checks but none of any of my previous addresses are correct. They then go on to tell me we can’t help you and they need to end the call. How the hell am I supposed to provide information I do not have . Seems like a scam to me and needs to be looked at by some sort of governing authority as a priority. Pathetic company and hope they but in hell.

They are so incompetent, they take whatever details are provided at the garage as fact, they do no basics checks with DVLA, Motor Insurance Bureau not even the voters register.
I did get to speak to a liar at this company who said they do these checks before they send out their letters demanding payment, even after I told them had they had done these basics checks they would have found the registered address of the vehicle, the registered details of the insured driver and confirmed the address via the voters register, which was not my address, she still had the audacity to say that is where they get their information from, incompetent liars

Paid a debt off that’s as in my name that I never took out and offered to make a partial payment but was never told from QDR solicitors that this could impact my credit for 6years so I called back asked numerous times for a manager lady said can’t speak to a manager your not aloud plus manager is on a lunch break but you could pay the rest or I can raise a complaint manager will get back to you within a day or 2 called again today as I’ve not heard back manager will get back to you today I’ve asked for full refund also contacted my bank tsb that’s advised me as payment is still pending ask them to cancel the payment QDR refuse to do so and said a a manager will call back this company aren’t solicitors false advertising also harassing letters threatening letters are a joke taking this a lot further

Disgusting! Sending threatening letters to my home address, threatening with bailiffs and court action. Claiming that I didn’t pay for my diesel at my local Tesco petrol station, after I made an human error of forgetting my wallet so I had to go home straight away and come back to pay, I have my receipt for prove that I paid it! Yet still receiving threatening letters. SHAME ON YOU!!

Got a text message with a reference number saying they have been trying to contact me. They have not been trying to contact me and I’ve received nothing in writing from them either. Called to discuss gave my reference and my name but they wanted my address and DOB which I wasn’t prepared to give as I don’t know who they are and want to protect myself from scams so won’t freely hand over my information. Said this is recorded so they can’t give me a CCJ as I’ve made contact but they are the ones refusing to confirm what this text message is all about! 4624103 Ref & my name is James they can send a written response like any good solicitor would. Not mysterious text messages.

This company is completely impossible to get hold of. They never answer the phone or reply to emails. They have a message saying they will call you back if you leave your number but never do! The only time is spoke to sometime he was absolutely horrible, a nasty bully! Would expect far more from a solicitor! Disgusting!

Continue to harass and threaten us for a parking fine that has been fully cancelled by the original issuer, for which we have proof of. Also, they do not reply to any correspondence sent to them. We will be escalating to appropriate financial conduct and governing authorities, and looking to file a harassment case against them.

How about no? Why are you guys even paying these people ! No wonder the keep scamming. Just ignore them. If you owe petrol the police will contact you. Not these mugs. Don't pay them a penny. They got your details from debt searches . Wake up folks

They are absolute criminals I got sent a letter 6 weeks after the alleged accusation of not paying for petrol, I asked for proof of evidence non supplied. So as not to get any further problems I did pay a Bank Transfer and sent another email to say it was being paid under duress and I will challenge the accusation and report them, I received another email to say they could not find me despite quoting their reference. I am in the process of dealing with my son and his Fathers death and they were made aware of this, They are not Solicitors just shameless despicable Individuals.

Keep sending me texts in someone else's name asking me to log in with a reference number - surely a GDPR breach at the very least?

I'm not logging on to your website so you can have my details. Conduct your research properly and find the actual person.

Judging by the Google Reviews, these people are cowboys at best...

In every way.

Letter sent out to me contains an invalid reference number so I am unable to pay through their online payment portal (because their reference number is not valid).

Permanently on hold - unable to get through on their phone lines (are they even manned?). They offer a call-back (which never comes).

They also give a 7-day deadline for payment on their balances even though their email response time is 10 days (which is three days more than their payment deadline - and trust me, you will need to contact them via email to iron out the inevitable issues you face in both paying the balance on time and even contacting them in any way).

This has to be a scam.

The fact that Sainsburys have hired these guys to chase up payments is poor judgement on their part and throws doubt on their business dealings, too.

Joke of a company.

A legally illiterate bunch who try and intimidate people into paying ' unenforceable penalties ' regarding so called 'private parking tickets' I cannot express strongly enough my cold hatred and withering contempt for such vultures. Their conduct needs to be raised with the Solicitors Regulation Authority so they may be closed down.

Just a bunch of bullies working for other companies cause they use the law in there own hands against people like me and you that don’t know the law. One day someone will show these lot what time it is.

They tried get me to pay a PCN that wasn’t even mine, I showed proof of the DVLA letter stating I dont own the vehicle at the time, but they are still taking it too court. I will counter claim as they bully and force you to pay and I’m not paying for someone else’s mistake.

I received a letter from QDR a couple of days ago saying that I did not pay for petrol when I did, I paid cash. I feel suspicious because this is the first im hearing of this none payment.

I paid cash, I had 3 other passengers and we all paid £10 each. I spoke to them all they remember that I went in the station to pay.

I decided to google and this company's name is coming uo everywhere. I will be reportung this fraud to the police, its not only on Trustpilot I am seeing this!

I just managed to get through to BOSS and they said that they aregoing to request more still images.

Sam as the other reviews I paid this fine months ago and had no idea that I had a ccj until I tried to move house. I’ve tried to call them just to pay so I can move house and have never been able to get through. It’s a fraud system that forces people to pay so they can live in peace with a decent credit score.

They keep calling me and I’ve no idea why ? Tried to log on to their website but it won’t let you. Clearly a scam . And going by other reviews , I’m sure it’s a scam. I won’t be answering calls or texts and have blocked their number . Advice for anyone feeling threatened by then is to just ignore them .

I've just had to pay them £170 for a parking fine that I've already paid 😔 unfortunately I have paid it just to stop the stress and mental health issues they have been causing me for the past few months. I paid the fine back in September but the original company passed it on the QDR and I've been going round and round in circles with them asking them to provided me with evidence of the fine and asking why I'm being made to pay a fine I've already paid.
