This is a form of legalised extortion/fraud. Demand evidence. Report the firm to the SRA
This company targets drivers and others. On two occasions I have received letters stating I failed to pay for petrol. Both times I asked for CCTV or other evidence. Guess what - they said they would 'take instructions' from their 'client' British Oil Security Syndicate Ltd, and both times that was the end of the story. The second time, I recalled the day in question and knew that I had stopped at the petrol station with my son and bought food but no fuel. I have reported the (apparently registered as lawyers) firm to this organisation, the SRA - Solicitors Regulation Authority and encourage anyone and everyone to do the same to stop this highway robbery; just google Solicitors Regulation Authority (this site doesn't allow hyper links)
One star is too many taking me to court…
One star is too many taking me to court for a CCJ representing a parking firm that gave me a ticket when I had one of their parking permits that had faded due to the awful quality & they refused my appeal. Absolute w****** all of them. I didn’t even get my chance to appeal at court stage as I didn’t receive the court documentation. Absolute robbery that shouldn’t be aloud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm becoming increasingly concerned…
I'm becoming increasingly concerned about this company. I received an email stating they had important documents. Tried to log on to their site but wouldn't let me apparently my name didn't match!! Received a reply a week later asking for my details which I sent And again a week later have had another email saying my details don't match there record's!!! As a pensioner I'm very concerned and stressed by this. Any further information on this company would be greatly appreciated
DO NOT TRUST
Absolute Scamers!!!
I called them something ese but made me remove.
Sending car park fines that I had proof of payment for, they did not want to no. They said either pay or go to court. SO UNHELPFUL, SCAMMERS. AWFUL!!
Girl I spoke to was thick as anything and other girl even worse.
Just got nearly £200 out of me.
They make it impossible to pay them for debts
I received a letter from them notifying me of an unpaid debt for a petrol purchase I made in September - I don’t contest the charge as I did indeed purchase petrol from that station on the date advised - it must have just been that my card payment didn’t clear.
My problem is now that it is completely impossible for me to pay them for that debt - the instructions on the letter state this can be easily done via their payment link, or via an online account which I have set up. I don’t know who their payment provider is but the system is completely inadequate as despite having tried multiple cards over multiple days to settle this - the payment gets cleared via dual-factor authentication on my banking app, and QDR system then simply says ‘payment unsuccessful, please try again or try later’.
This is worrying given they are the appointed collector for the British oil security syndicate - you would expect a legitimate company to be able to collect online payments via a reliable and secure system at the very least!
I have just had a message from QDR…
I have just had a message from QDR solicitors, I have no idea why but going by the reviews i hàve read, it's parking fines??? I don't own a car, so just asking, what should I Do?
They called me and then didn’t know why…
They called me and then didn’t know why they called me after I challenged them. They couldn’t give a reason why for anything.
I’m coming to your office today to say hello and find out how you got my phone number and I’ll be calling the police myself from the reception
Ignore , Acting on behalf a parking company
Well I’ve received a letter stating QDR are now pursuing me for a illegal parking invoice , 3 debt collection services have taken this , now despite me advising them to head to the county court ,where I’m happy to attend , but instead QDR have stepped up the campaign for obtaining money under false pretence by the hands of a parking company , I won’t be entering into any narrative whatsoever, I’m waiting for my court date , it’s about time this passing of invalid invoices should be stopped
Can't contact company

Avoid
Terrible company. Unhelpful rude staff. Fake information. Take months to reply to correspondence. Money grabbing. Unreliable.
If I could give this company a zero I would, just awful
If I could give this company a zero I would. Apparently I left a forecourt petrol station without paying. How was that even possible when I went inside the petrol station to make other purchases. Apparently the payment didn’t go through, how is that my fault. I paid in good faith. Fast forward 6 weeks, I get a letter from this company saying I haven’t paid. I tried to explain this to two very irritating young ladies who spewed out the companies position on the matter. I had asked to speak to a manager. Not told on first call this could take up to 3 days for return call. Second lady did tell me this, what good is this. Company are just a big money pit who can suck the life out of any individual dealing with them.
Harrassed by this firm for a garage error and non-existant debt
Ashchurch Garage failed to charge me for petrol even though I went into the shop and purchased a sandwich and told them which fuel pump I used. The garage failed to add the fuel and I did not check that they had as I simply swiped my card. Then I got a letter from these people. There was a 2 hour difference between me going to the garage and apparently driving off without paying. I found the food item on my credit card statement and immediately went in and paid the difference for the petrol money. The garage assistant said the matter was over, but today I get a threatening letter from this firm asking me to pay £53.01 within 7 days or risk prosecution. It includes an £18.00 processing fee. It is impossible to get through to these people on the phone. I deeply resent the implication of dishonesty and the fact that I am expected to go through my files and produce proof of payment. I am annoyed that paying at the Shell garage hasn't cancelled the debt which was incurred through their mistake not mine. I shall have to take this up with BP. This firm is clearly suspect and I think I will report it if there is a mechanism to do so. Clearly I now feel harrassed by them and would like them to desist as there is no debt.
Bunch of cun*s
Simply corrupt - liars, cheats who must be reported to the SRA
Simply corrupt! I had the misfortune of receieving one of their letters over an parking charge I refused to pay.
They sent me a letter which was full of lies and inflated charges!
1) Firstly they told me the unpaid invoice was a debt! WRONG. Its not a "debt" until a court judge deems it to be.
2) They told me their clients were "LOOKING TO SECURE A C.C.J (COUNTY COURT JUDGMENT)" against me. WRONG!!! A CCJ can only be "secured" against someone if the matter is progressed to court and the defendant fails to engage, or loses in court then fails to pay before a deadline or misses a payment plan then only then can a CCJ be applied!
3) Lie No.3 was that they would send bailiffs round! Bailiffs can only be sent over if the case has gone to court and the criteria in the above example is met and a warrant is applied for after certain criteria for debts over £600 is met.
4) They told me they had taken on my "debt" - parking charges aren't debts and they could not provide me a "Notice of transfer" regarding this so-called "debt".
5) The disputed parking charge invoice was for £100 and they jacked the fee up to £170. This is DOUBLE RECOVERY. When a debt is taken on it is taken on at Face Value and the agent takes up an arrangement with the creditor - the costs are not to be added on at the consumers expense!
They say the the BPA allows them to do this - but is not lawful and is not covered by statute law. The BPA is not a government dept nor is a regulatory body. It is just a trade associate for carpark companies. QDR are working as a no win no fee service to the parking industry.
SO REPORT THEM TO SOLICTORS REGULATION AUTHORITY if you receive anything from them and do not engage. Send a Subject Access Request ASAP as they will delete your details very quickly.
Poor service from start to finish
A disgusting and disgraceful company…
A disgusting and disgraceful company that should not be allowed to trade. After providing evidence that I was requested to be at the venue BY THE LAND OWNER as a contractor (key worker during lockdown) these parasitic imbiciles ignored everything that was put to them. Happy for me to collect a CCJ without a second thought they were not in the slightest bit concerned that I was fully entitled to be there. It was only when they realised that I would be in court with the evidence that they backed down like the cowards that they are.
Shocked
I am not sure how QDR are allowed to operate in the way that they do. Received a rather threatening letter for £10 unpaid fuel with a charge of £18. In the first place the supposed First letter never arrived. Immediately went to the garage and made payment but now QDR say they still can’t see the payment on their system and legal action will be take place on Day 6. The letter states you have 7 days to pay, so why are they are they threatening legal action on Day 6? After numerous calls and emails this is still not resolved.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! Contacting me on behalf of ncp carparks about unpaid parking, which i have shown proof of payment multiple times, yet still chase me for, i think £180 now and threaten me with bad credit and legal action. Never spoke to so many morons in all my life, not interested in anything except trying to scam money off people. Refuse to listen, all they want is peoples money. If they call you, block them!
