Apparently Lantern had outsourced my debt to these clowns even though I pay Lantern every week, I called to tell them that Mr Lender has recalled my debt from Lantern just out of courtesy and the lady with outrageous attitude told me that further action on the other £71.50 for another company could be a CCJ even though I am paying Lantern every week 😡

Genuinely Shell shocked at the service i have just received from this so called business. Today i receive a letter about an amount unpaid fuel cost of £14.99 which i actually went into the shop for payment, however they say the payment was not successful and they could not make me aware of this yet i spoke to the cashier and went on my way like any normal person would. This also is now 2 months old. I ring these guys up after receiving a threatening letter demanding payment as well as an additional charge of £18. However if i go back to the fuel garage i can just pay the £14.99, However only if done within 7 days. Today is the 10th December and they sent the letter on the 3rd December meaning that is out the window. i made the £14.99 payment and the ldy explained she will get a manager to call me back later in the day. both customer service agents treating me like an absolute criminal, and the customer service from 2 of their members one claiming to be a manager in Rebecca Harris was absolutely disgusting saying if i do not pay we will continue to harass you for payment. What manager says that? and what sort of customer service is that? also what kind of business does all of this? £18 fee for something i was not even aware of and the stress and time wasting the calls i've had today is just ridiculous. I suggest the people above go back and listen to both calls i have had today and close the case and wave the £18 fee for something which is ridiculous especially with the current state the world is in!

Terrible company operating on behalf of RCI Finance, threatening, pushy, irritable staff, that don't listen at all in any way shape of form. Avoid this company they are a disgrace to the legal profession.

Paul Rice and John Duke run this…
Paul Rice and John Duke run this operation which send out threatening legal letters on behalf of a parking firm. The language they use in their letters, imo, is inappropriate. In my opinion they should get a warning from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. If anyone want to do that, they SRA number is 560560.
