Extremely Disappointed – 5 Months of Inaction and Bot Replies
QuadraBay has kept my Diploma verification on hold for over 5 months with zero real progress or accountability.

Despite sending over 50 emails requesting urgent action, all I receive in return are generic, auto-generated responses. Their verification partner, Digiverifi Private Limited, claims an in-person physical visit to my state board is required, yet nobody has bothered to go or follow up for nearly half a year.

What makes this even more absurd is that QuadraBay already verified my B.Tech degree. You cannot obtain a B.Tech without a valid Diploma, making this artificial hold on my prerequisite qualification completely illogical and frustrating.

If a verification platform is completely incapable of performing basic physical verification steps, what is the point of utilizing their services? This extreme negligence is delaying people's careers and livelihoods.

I demand an immediate manual intervention, a real update from a human representative, and the completion of my verification without further automated excuses.

It's been almost 4 month and I have sent multiple emails, but every time I receive the same generic response saying that they are "working on it," without any clear progress or timeline.

I have already contacted my educational institute in my hometown, and they informed me that they have not received any verification request or payment from QudraBay. However, when I contacted the QudraBay support team to clarify the issue, their staff behaved in an unprofessional manner and failed to provide any helpful information.

I kindly request that you investigate my application, provide a clear update on its status, and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Extremely Dissatisfied — Verified by University Since 4 June 2026 But Still Not Processed

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with QuadraBay's service.

I submitted my degree verification application on 20 April 2026 (Reference: MOHESR200426473909). My case was closed because QuadraBay claimed the university did not respond.

I personally contacted University of Peshawar myself. The university's official Verification Section confirmed and SENT my degree verification directly to QuadraBay on 4 June 2026, more than two weeks ago.

Despite this, QuadraBay has still NOT processed my application. No update, no certificate, no clear timeline — nothing.

I have already paid the required fees. I have waited for over two months. I have done everything QuadraBay asked, including personally chasing my university for verification. Yet there is still no progress.

This level of service is completely unacceptable for an official government-linked verification process that affects people's careers and livelihoods. I am a teacher in Abu Dhabi and this delay is directly costing me job opportunities.

I urgently demand that QuadraBay:
1. Immediately process the verification already received from University of Peshawar on 4 June 2026
2. Issue my Verification Certificate without further delay
3. Provide a clear, honest timeline

I applied for degree equivalency services through Quadrabay and had a very disappointing experience.

My application was closed without any prior notice, explanation, or meaningful communication. Throughout the process, there was a lack of transparency regarding the status of my case and the actions taken on my behalf.

When I contacted Quadrabay customer support after noticing that my application had been closed, I received conflicting information. During my first call, I was told that the team would continue working on my case in the background despite the application being marked as closed as part of their standard process. However, when I contacted them again later, I was informed that I would need to submit a new application and pay for reprocessing if I wanted my case to move forward.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that Quadrabay appeared to rely solely on email communication and, to my knowledge, never directly approached my university to follow up on the verification process. When I personally contacted my university, they informed me that my verification request was still under process. Despite this, my application with Quadrabay had already been closed.

The lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and closure of my application while the verification process was still ongoing made the entire experience extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Quadrabay for degree equivalency services and would advise others to carefully consider these factors before using their service.

Qauadrabay has failed to provide a verification report for equivalancy of my bachelors degree, since 3 months. and also no way to communicate or submit an inquiry all the links are down all the time. Please stay away, do not use quadrabay for verification services in uae.

The worst experience. They steal money and never do the verification. DO NOT do the verification with them.

We are extremely frustrated with the way our case is being handled. Despite paying and uploading the required documents more than 5–6 times, we continue to receive repeated requests for the same files again and again. This is not only inefficient but also reflects a careless and unprofessional approach.

It is unacceptable that after multiple submissions, your team still asks for the same documents as if nothing has been processed. This repeated cycle shows a lack of proper coordination and accountability.

We demand a clear explanation as to why this issue keeps occurring and immediate action to resolve it. Continuing to ask for the same documents repeatedly is wasting our time and raising serious concerns about your process.

We expect a prompt and sensible response.

It has been extremely frustrating dealing with QuadraBay regarding our application.

The request was submitted in February, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have yet to receive a clear update on the progress, the reason for the delay, or a realistic timeline for completion. While we understand that some factors may be outside the company's control, the length of this process has far exceeded the timelines that were originally communicated to us.

What is most disappointing is the lack of transparency and clear communication. Repeated inquiries have resulted in vague responses rather than concrete updates. As a client, it is difficult to plan and manage expectations when there is no clear indication of where the application stands or when it will be completed.

Based on our past experience, there have been situations where applications appeared to have been overlooked in the processing pipeline, leading to unnecessary delays. Given the current circumstances, it is difficult not to have similar concerns.

After reading other reviews, it seems that prolonged processing times and communication issues are not isolated cases. We hope the company takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements to provide clients with better visibility, accountability, and service.

At the very least, clients deserve timely updates, honest communication, and realistic timelines when their applications are delayed.

Review update: i reviewed before and they asked for my info and did not get any help further.

I submitted my verification request on April 19, and the estimated completion time has already passed with no clear progress or update.

The latest update I received from QuadraBay was that they are waiting for a response from the issuing authority. However, after contacting the issuing authority myself, they confirmed that they have not received any email or verification request from QuadraBay until now.

The process has been extremely delayed, communication is slow, and the information provided has been inaccurate so far. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

QuadraBay notified me through an email dated January 20, 2026, to pay extra money (OMR 18.79) for the university verification process, and I paid that on January 21, 2026.
But still the work not completed and Quadrabay neither ready to share the communication detail with university to me, nor refund the money which i have paid

I submitted and paid for diploma equivalency verification services in February 2026.

After more than 3 months:

* No verification request has been received by my university
* No clear proof of submission has been provided
* The process has been repeatedly delayed with no tangible progress

I personally visited the listed office location — the company is not present there.
The phone number on the website is not operational.

I also contacted the UAE Ministry of Higher Education, and my reference number is not found in their system.

Based on this, there is no evidence that the service has been properly initiated or delivered.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

My name is Lakshmi, and I am a staff nurse from Tamil Nadu, India.
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I am facing with an agent involved in my overseas employment process for Kuwait.
In December, I contacted an agent through LinkedIn for job placement in Kuwait and began processing through him. I completed my certificate attestation .I have paid a total amount of ₹38,500 towards certificate attestation as instructed by the agent, and later I was informed about a certificate verification process called Quadrabay.
For this process, I paid a total amount of ₹45,300. The agent confirmed the application on December 13 and shared the receipt, which I am attaching for your reference.
However, the verification process took nearly three months and was completed only on March 31. During this entire period, the agent did not provide proper updates or follow-up. I had to personally contact Quadrabay multiple times using my own email ID to track the progress.

I would like to highlight an important issue: The Quadrabay application was submitted using the agent’s registered email ID, not my personal email ID. Because of this, I do not have direct access to my report.

Despite sending multiple emails to Quadrabay explaining my situation and requesting access through my personal email ID, I have only received repeated responses stating that the report can be shared only with the registered email ID used during application.

I understand that once the verification is completed, Quadrabay sends:
One copy of the report to the agent (registered email ID)
One copy to the Ministry of Health (MOH)
However, even after completion, the agent is refusing to share my Quadrabay final report with me.
Additionally, the agent has been:
•Refusing to provide my report.
•Making false accusations against me.
•Threatening that he will block my chances of going to Kuwait.
•Saying he will spoil my career and prevent me from working anywhere.
Due to this behavior, I no longer feel safe or willing to continue the process with this agent.
I have made full payment in advance and have not committed any wrongdoing. I am currently under severe mental stress and financial difficulty, as I am the sole earning member of my family and my parents are unwell.
Without the Quadrabay verification report, I am unable to proceed with my further employment process.
Therefore, I kindly request your immediate assistance in:
•Helping me obtain my completed Quadrabay verification report directly.
•Updating my registered email ID to my personal email ID so I can access my report.
Taking necessary action against this agent to prevent further exploitation of candidates.

Everything worked smoothly from start to finish , very satisfied with the service 👍🏻

Unfortunately, QuadraBay has not been able to provide verification of my college documents till date - which is approximately 7 months since my submission.

Instead, whenever I check with them (note that I do not get regular updates; I have to ask for an update) on a now monthly basis, I get a general response that indicates the review is still ongoing and that this is within the Ministry's guidelines.

All my submitted documents are perfectly fine, and my college even sent an additional, official email to QuadraBay confirming the verified and notarized documents.

QuadraBay took my payment and even after 7 months has not been able to provide a meaningful update, let alone actual verification.

Instead, I recently resorted to sharing my documents with DataFlow - which was able to provide MOHESR verification within 5 days!

I would really like to get my money back from QuadraBay and will have to file a complaint with the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi.

In a nutshell: QuadraBay (in my case) did not deliver, has bad customer service, and lacking communication.
