Great experience all around
In addition to cleaning our furnace air ducts, they cleaned our dryer vent and installed a "bird box" over the outside opening. Josh was very professional, friendly, explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We'd decided not to have the vent sanitizer applied as I have asthma and wasn't sure if it would be a trigger, and Josh recommended the installation of a UV light to kill mold as an alternative, a great idea. He was able to do it without scheduling another appointment. He showed us pictures of our vents before cleaning which was helpful. Calling to make the appointment was quick and easy, with helpful, friendly staff. Excellent service all around, highly recommend this company, will definitely use them again.
