The technician could have been a little more careful considering I had to clean up after him. In just about every room there was debris from every room.

Our service guy did an excellent job. We scheduled a duct cleaning to get rid of a strong pet smell that the previous owners left behind (since we had just moved in). He spent 3 hours cleaning every vent and I could feel the difference in our air quality as soon as the job was completed. It's really incredible!

on time arrival. price was as quoted. very nice tech. would use again when needed. they put the mobile machine outside the basement window so no big hose coming in through the house.

Very friendly service tech. I have dryer vent on second floor and it got cleaned out from the inside but I thought he would have gone on the roof to check it from that end. Dryer is still drying slow and don't know for sure if it is clogged on the outside.

Highly recommended. The people who came were professionals in an industry wrought with unprofessional scams. This IS A REAL DUCT CLEANING COMPANY. They.have big machines and they went into each vent. The air flow especially upstairs has improved. Great company!

Our house was left covered in dust. No one reached out until I called regarding indemnification. I was given a full refund which did not cover the cost to clean the home and the cost of the replacement air filters that had to be swapped out (3 total).

The “snake” that went into each of the rooms’ vents whipped up all the dirt and dust and got every room in the house dirty. The technician said “it won’t be bad” when I signed the bill, however upon further inspection, it was VERY bad. I also had to clean out the furnace behind the air filter as there was an abnormal about of crap in the duct that was not fully cleaned. I’m very upset with how the service was performed, and will not be using this company ever again. And will be sure to advise others of the same.

The only cons is the gas smell / fumes after they turn off there machine. Our house smell like gas, but it is okay. We manage.

I chose this company based on positive reviews and the fact that they use a strong gas-powered vacuum. Giving 1 star since they didn't follow proper protocol: they didn't have proper tools to open a circular duct hole so they butchered the duct trying to attempt a circle with regular shears. They didn't have a fitting so they tried to stuff blankets to keep their plastic flex tube in place (massive vacuum leaks since the seal was terrible). They didn't cover the vents before starting to clean, so the suction was minimal at each vent/register. They also assumed the flow direction and got it totally wrong (ie they sucked from the return side but blasted dust from the supply side registers...so basically just pushed the dirt onto my HVAC coil and fan. Since they didn't check which were supply vs return, they sprayed disinfectant into the wrong side. These guys really had no idea what they were doing.

Not he perfect timing they have to reschedule, but the service worth the waiting time, technician was very Profesional and taking the time to clean every vent around the house
