One word “Raj Kanda” Folks do not look any further for a family barrister this guy is the go to guy. Raj Kanda is AMAZING , and anyone who tells me differently must never have had the honour of having him on board. I have had the pleasure of having Raj Kanda on board for my family hearings and from the initial contact with Raj I knew he was the guy for the job. This mans professionalism and mannerisms are second to none. From the offset I felt like this guy was a friend and he really instilled assurance that he was the man for the job. I urge anyone who is struggling with family court or is looking to use a barrister through direct access please , please instruct Raj Kanda as your representative, this guy goes above and beyond his role , Raj was there at times out of working hours and I’m talking weekends , evenings early mornings his response to queries and uncertainties were rapid. I hold Raj in such high regard he helped me secure the result I so wished for and I hand on heart feel I couldn’t of done it without him. There were times I felt like giving up but with Raj’s belief it helped me to keep up the fight and keep moving forward. Even after the final hearing Raj has been there for me with queries when he didn’t have to. This proves to me it not just business with Raj he really does have his clients best interests at heart and takes a personal and professional approach to all his clients wishes. I can’t thank this guy enough.

John Hudson has proved to be invaluable in helping me through a difficult time, with a divorce case. He has a vast knowledge of how to handle all different aspects, and gave me the confidence to carry on when things were not looking good. His advice was always straight forward and his arguments with the other party proved to be more than enough to achieve a good outcome at an FDR hearing. Although his services are not cheap, in the long run he has probably saved me a lot more than continuing to use a local solicitor. I would recommend him to anyone. many thanks, John.
