DO NOT ORDER OFF THUS COMPANY MY ORDER GOT DELIVERED ELSEWHERE AND COULDNT GET A REFUND TOTAL NIGHTMARE LOST £130

A total con and rip off. The outfit was not the same as shown, cheap rubbish not fit for the dressing up box never mind an event. They also try to scam you on returns.

Be very careful to read through all the fine print about processing/shipping and refunds with this company. Spent £120, items arrived late and after paying to post to Texas, after they took off a processing and handling fee, managed to recover £56.35, minus the cost to me to post to Texas - £33.65, the ‘refund’ came to £22.70, so lost £93.70 on this and spent a great deal off time faffing around answering emails, taking photos etc. I would not bother if I were you.

I ordered my son’s pink prom suit online, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The quality was even better than I expected, and the colour was absolutely stunning. It fitted really well, looked exactly like the photos, and made my son feel so confident on his prom night.

We received so many compliments, and everyone commented on how smart he looked. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the suit was excellent value for money.

Thank you for helping make such a special occasion even more memorable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a prom suit!

Scam- dress arrived long after I needed it. Sewing is like a textile student at high school. Fabric cheap and nasty and would go up like a shot if near a flame. Horrid. Went to return it I could either ship to states and pay taxes and fun return myself or get a refund at only a third of the price I paid. Scam scam scam so fed up with these companies. Terrible customer service

Don’t buy from them. They took ages to ship the dress. Their sizes are way too small and narrow. They make it hard to return the items and customer service is shocking.

Bought a dress for my wedding next year. The sizing is ridiculously small so asked to return. They make the return cost so ridiculously prohibitive it’s just not worth doing. I’m getting £6! I again made the rookie error of not checking here. Please avoid

Avoid this company at all costs my mum got a trouser suit for my wedding but it doesn’t fit and the quality is awful I’ve emailed them plenty of times asking for a refund but got no response it dreadful company

Expensive but the top is absolutely awful and when I’ve tried to return they have offered me £8 on £97 dress. Will never buy from them again, just rude

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from this company and I have no complaints at all. The dress looked exactly as the picture on the website. The fit was perfect and my baby looked like a princess.

Shocking company avoid at all cost , received a faulty item and the where not interested I went through my original payment method and they agreed to full refund if I paid to send it back to Texas at a cost to me which included import tax of £20 and shipping I obviously chose not to do this as I feel I would just end up been another £40 plus out of pocket , so decided to cut my loses . Will never use this company again and would advise to avoid at all cost .

Ordered a dress for my great grandmas funeral as her favourite colour was lilac.

I ordered a size 12 as I was in between 10 and 12. A size 8 has arrived. And it looks like a dress from Shein. Shocking quality

Recieved the dress but the quality definitely isn't there, I bought it for my daughters wedding and unfortunately didn't read the reviews (rookie error)... I have emailed the company many times for instructions to return but never answer back.. avoid this company!!... I'm now stuck with a dress I stupidly paid £100 for worth about a fiver!!

If I could assign zero stars, I would. I communicated with someone for two weeks about a refund to no avail! I’ve sent links to the dress I ordered, photos of the dress I received, and a copy of my invoice (which they should have)! The dress I ordered was gorgeous online. When I received it, the color was completely different. The dress is a size 12, but the waistline is a size 6! I was given several “return” options, none of which included providing me with a label. I’m not paying to return the dress because I don’t believe they will ever refund my money. They have basically stolen my money! Something needs to done. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM QUEENDANCER!

The item I received was poor quality and nothing like the photos. Queendancer refused a prepaid return, demanding I pay for international shipping to the USA for their mistake. They only offered useless coupons instead of a refund. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I had to go through my credit card company and ask for an chargeback to get my £100+ back which took months. Avoid this misleading company!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! CON ARTISTS !

I ordered a dress for a wedding in February. They kept telling me not to worry and my dress would definitely arrive by the wedding . The dress never turned up and I had to find another last minute. Really awful stressful time . They lied and lied all the way through the process. I’ve still not received the dress to this date yet they are now clamimg they have delivered it when they haven’t and are not ignoring me . They told me that I have to pay to return the dress even though they failed to deliver it on time and I’d already paid £13 in postage . Honestly disgusting . I believe this company if a con and they take your money with no intention of delivering the dresses . God knows where my dress is !! Too late now wedding been and gone .

My daughter bought a dress off this website. It arrived looking nothing like what was on the website. I sent it back by An post to an American postal address.They said they never received it. I couldn't track it with An post. It was never returned to me either. So I'm out of pocket by €150. I would never buy anything from queendancer again

I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS!! PRODUCT WAS LATE, AND POOR QUALITY. SIZED FAR TOO SMALL AND I NOW WILL NOT GET MY FULL REFUND DUE TO THEIR TNC AND I HAVE TO PAY FULL SHIPPING TO THE USA!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST - OR IT WILL COST YOU!
I contacted the company prior to purchasing the dress to see if I was able to return it. When the dress arrived which was too big.
I had to contact the company multiple times before they replied to process the return.
It cost me almost £40 to return it, and it was not accepted and is on the way back to me.
If I want to resend it, I need to do so at my own cost, which will be another £40.
They have offered for me to keep the dress with a discounted refund a number of times, which makes me believe they don't actually want the dress returned and to issue me a full refund.
I've now had to raise this as a dispute with my bank.
