This place is a scam do NOT give them your money

This place is a scam. If I could give minus, minus zero rating I would. I ordered and paid for a clutch purse. $59.98. Not only was the purse I received not the one pictured in the advertisement, but the quality of the material is cheap plastic. They will not allow me a refund claiming there has to be a defect in the product. The whole thing is defective from the advertising to the lack of quality in the product received. I strongly very STRONGLY ADVISE NOT GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. They do not live up to their own product. They are thieves and liars.

My bag is beautiful. Excellent quality and design. The only complaint I have is it took almost 3 months to get it. But it was worth the wait. I have recommended this bag to my friends.

No response to "Where is my bag"?

Ordered a bag for 89.99. I went through my Affirm card. They have received 2 payments already and still no bag, no email and no tracking number. I have sent messages that have gotten no response. I want my bag or my money back on my account.

This is the 2nd premium leather hand bag that I ordered for my wife . The Implementation of better protection inside plastic shipping bag was very well done.

It would go a long way to further impress purchasers of the premium leather bags if there were leather tags inside the premium leather hand bag as its to be expected for stepping up to premium order.

Wife loved the bag

Ordering was uncomplicated. Bag was delivered within the time frame I was given. The entire process was professional. My wife loves the bag and in fact her cousin and aunt plan to buy theirs. I highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service Quality Product

I like how queenira kept open communication with me while waiting for my purse to arrive. Always encouraging messages to me and even when I had doubts about what the product would be I received kind thoughtful emails. I received my purse yesterday and it was everything I expected and more. I’m not carrying a purse I’m carrying a work of art.

Good Service …

The product i received was extremely nice, I think the packaging, should have been better, by utilizing a box, other than that the delivery was very quick, and the service was very professional and kind.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! The whole ordering process has been a nightmare. It has been over 30 days since I placed my order and not only was it delivered to a different address in another state, the company asked me to contact the shipper to find it/fix the problem. Additionally, I thought I was supporting a black owned and made product and found out the purse is made in China! Very disappointed to say the least.

One of the most elegant handbag my wife owns.

I was looking for something different for my wife, and I discovered the purse on Queenira's website, which was elegant, beautiful, and quite stylish. The design images stood out as they were real faces, almost as though they came out of the bag themselves. I ordered this first bag for Christmas, and it arrived on time. I took it up to our bedroom in a box so she could open it while I watched. Her reaction was pure elation and excitement over the beauty and workmanship of the bag. This was the most elegant and individualized item I have purchased for her, and sometimes. She couldn't wait to match it with her outfits. The bag was so beautiful that I went back and purchased two more. We are ordering three more. She loves them so very much, and they change according to what she's wearing for the day.
