Outstanding maintenance support from Lucian

Lucian from the Quintain Living maintenance team has been absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly polite, kind, and patient — always ready to help and go the extra mile to provide the best support possible. His efficiency is remarkable, and he handles every situation with professionalism and a great attitude. I cannot speak highly enough of his work ethic and the way he treats residents. Quintain Living is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

Exceptional place and people

As a returning client here, staying at the flats whenever I come to London for work, I have had only good experience to share.
Very clean and safe. Spacious flats. Steps from Wembley stadium, shops and restaurants. Most importantly, amazing people; professional, kind and helpful.
Ben is one of them and he is a top notch professional, ready to help whenever needed.

Ferrum is amazing I’ve been here for 3…

Ferrum is amazing I’ve been here for 3 months everything has been great, reception staff Including Faysal was very accommodating, and the maintenance team have been fantastic including Lucian and Andreas very helpful and quick and efficient, thank you Ferrum I will definitely be extending my lease.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Ferrum team!


We’ve lived here since 2024 and have absolutely loved it.

A massive shout out to the maintenance team, Karol, Lucian and Andrea, who are honestly the best we’ve ever experienced. They’re always warm, incredibly quick to respond, and consistently go above and beyond. We’ve rented across multiple properties in London, and nothing has come close to the level of service here.

Also, a huge thank you to Anne from the residents team — she is so friendly, approachable, and helpful. It really makes a difference day to day.

Even our dog loves the Ferrum team, which says it all!

We would recommend living here to anyone.

The entire process felt incredibly easy and straightforward.

The entire process felt incredibly smooth, quick, and well-managed from start to finish. Julia & Sahl, you both made everything so easy for us, and we really appreciated how responsive and supportive you were throughout.

Fantastic support from Julia in the tenancy team

Brilliant service from Julia Whyte in the tenancy team at Quantian Living. She was always quick to respond, really supportive throughout, and made the whole process stress-free. Couldn't have asked for better communication. Five stars well deserved.

Excellent Services

I’ve had an excellent experience with the Ferrum Maintenance team, who truly deserve recognition for the high standard of service they provide. Every time I’ve reported an issue, they have responded promptly and handled it in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner. Their attention to detail and commitment to resolving problems properly, rather than just quickly, really stands out.

The team are always respectful, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. Communication is consistently strong; they explain what they’re doing, keep you informed throughout, and ensure everything is fully resolved before they leave. It’s genuinely reassuring to know that any maintenance concerns are taken seriously and dealt with to such a high standard.

The Ferrum Resident team also provides great support, complementing the overall experience, but it is the Ferum Maintenance team that are the true driving force behind such a well-managed and comfortable living environment.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Ferum as an excellent choice, particularly for the reliability, professionalism, and quality delivered by their maintenance team.

Been living here for 4 years and I’m amazed how well Maintenance team work. Lucian and Karol been a pleasure to deal with all the time.

Never heard of such an amazing service from other build to rent properties. Kudos to the team!

Outstanding Maintenance and Resident Support at Canada Gardens!

Moving into a new home can be stressful,but the maintenance team at Canada Gardens(Quintain Living)has been absolutely incredible.I want to give a massive shout-out to the team for their efficiency and professionalism.​Special thanks to Mani and Tony,who were so proactive and friendly in fixing my door seals and dishwasher today.Mani and Tony are true professional—they attended to my request immediately and ensured everything was perfect!​I also want to thank Matt and Tom for their help with the initial setup and intercom issues,and last but not least, Emma, who always replies and arranges help promptly. She is so organized and helpful with all the email coordination! ​It is rare to find such a dedicated and hardworking team.They don't just fix things;they truly care about the residents' comfort.Thank you all for making my move so much smoother! The maintenance team is truly AMAZING!

5 STARS!! Shout out to the maintence team, as always!

I've been with Quintain since 2024 until now and they have never failed me when I have concerns in the flat. Everyone from the concierge, accounts, residents team and maintenance have been very helpful and accomodating. Especially with the maintenace team, they are always so quick to resolve any issues on the flat. I've never experienced this when I rented somewhere else! Keep it up!

Concierge team and Admin were really…

Concierge team and Admin were really very supportive and friendly. Even staying beside wembley stadium and especially at the times of events it has never been felt unsafe or fear to comeback and rooftops have been always such a special spot for our playing games, chilling and Co-working space felt very collaborative and rewarding.

Landsby 5 months review

Living here for the past few months, awesome place to be in very close proximity of tube and grocery shops like LIDL, Sainsbury and LDO as well.

Also they organise free events including brunch’s and beer and sometimes morning breakfast as well.

Helpful 24hrs concierge!!

I have been living at Ferrum for close…

I have been living at Ferrum for close to two years now and the experience has been incredible. The QL maintenance team is amazing with how quickly they resolve matters. The team had always quickly remedied any issues I had encountered, even the ones I thought it can’t be fixed. Thank you guys for all the support in giving us an amazing experience :)
