I'd like to give a special shout-out to our incredible maitenance team, who truly go above and beyond every single day. Their hard work, professionalism and dedication make such a positive difference, and we're so grateful to have them. A special mention has to go to Lucian, who consistently delivers outstanding service with a friendly attitude and exceptional attention to detail.

I’ve had a really positive experience living with Quintain Living. The apartments are modern, well designed, and the amenities are excellent, making it a great place to call home.

One of the standout aspects has been both the Resident Team and Maintenance Team. They are always quick to respond, professional, kind and friendly, and any issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. It’s reassuring to know that things are taken care of so promptly, and their excellent service has made a real difference to our experience.

Overall, Quintain Living has been a fantastic place to live. The Resident Team is welcoming, the building is well maintained, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality rental home.

Ferrum is a superb BUILDING to live in And Quintain are an amazing company that look after you really well even when things go wrong I have a first class service team who are always there for you. And highly recommend if you’re looking to rent rather than buying in London even if it’s just for a launchpad for a year like it was for us you should take a look at this place

Ive been living in London for more than 5 years and moved to many places in that time. But I think i finally found the place to enjoy my tenancy. Special thanks to the residence team who have made this possible. They are just fan-ducking-tastic with the level of service they are providing when fixing, assisting or just sorting things out for us. i just never experinced this level of commitment to the residents' well-being ever in any place ive been to.

I have been living here from 18 months, a top apartment and above all with a maintenance service that is really excellent: any problem is solved so rapidly and efficiently, even during weekends or night time.

It’s a lovely experience living at Ferrum. All the staff, including reception and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful :) The environment is good and transportation is easy.

Anne, Jana, Faysal and Omer are a fantastic credit to the team. Super helpful and friendly and very informative.

Karol, Lucian, Luca, Jack and Andrea are incredible at responding quickly and carrying out the job in a timely fashion.

Amazing staff and beautiful building.

I was generally satisfied with my tenancy experience until it came to the deposit return process.

After moving out, I arranged and paid for a professional end-of-tenancy cleaning service. I returned my keys even earlier than the tenancy-end date to let them have time to check on the cleaning status.

Despite this, I was later informed of a proposed deduction from my deposit for cleaning-related issues. What I found particularly disappointing was that I was never contacted regarding any concerns about the cleaning standard and was not given an opportunity to address them.

As a tenant, I believe I took reasonable steps to fulfil my responsibilities and ensure the property was professionally cleaned before the tenancy ended.

I am currently pursuing the matter through the deposit dispute process and hope it can be resolved fairly. My advice to future tenants would be to keep detailed records, retain all receipts, and document the condition of the property thoroughly before moving out.

The Resident Team are very helpful and kind always welcoming and making us feel comfortable especially Faysal,Jana,Anne and Omer have been quick to help with any problems we come across.

I have genuinely loved my time living at Luna Quintain Living. From the moment I moved in, the residents team made the building feel like home. The environment is welcoming, safe, and well looked after, and the team are always friendly, helpful, and professional.
A special thank you to Ciara, who has always been so kind, supportive, and easy to speak to. She really goes above and beyond for residents and makes a big difference to the community.
The whole team has created one of the best living experiences I have had in the UK. Even my puppy was always welcomed and loved by everyone, which made the place feel even more special. I am only moving because I need to be closer to work, but I will really miss Luna, the team, and the community here.
