We have been living in a Quintain property for almost five years and recently moved to another flat. Throughout the process, the entire Residents Team was very supportive, Patricia, Salma, Sam. All were very helpful throughout our move and made sure we had the support we needed. A special thank to Patricia, even on a day when she wasn’t working at this building, she still made sure to help us.

The maintenance team also ensured that the flat met the standards they promised. They replaced the sofas and mattresses, removed unwanted furniture, and took care of everything that needed attention. Special thanks to Manning, Mani, and Tony, who visited several times to make sure everything was completed to a high standard.

We really appreciate everyone’s professionalism, help, and support throughout the move.

I've lived in Landsby West for the last four years. Unfortunately due to work, I have to relocate in Wales. The total experience living in the said Building is amazingly wonderful but it would have not been that achievable if not for their diligent staff at the reception. I would like to thank Shekhar Sangwan who made my movement out smoothly. He helped in his best efforts to facilitate the moving out despite the hectic weekend. He is always approachable and willing to go extra mile. Always courteous and accommodating which is essential to the job that he does. On top of that he always welcome everyone with a smile. Thank you to all of the staff at Landsby West , Quintain Living! Hope to see you all again at some point. Shekhar , I give you 5 stars out 5 🤗

Ferrum offers high quality apartments with great amenities and friendly staff

Really enjoying living at Landsby West. There are plenty of amenities and the overall experience has been great. Shekhar and Milton are excellent, always helpful and responsive. Even when any issues come up, they’re dealt with promptly. A great place to live!

Tia and Salma are new to the Thompson Building and I think they're doing great!! Honestly, they are quick to help and most importantly, they bring a vibe to the building that's unique to them. Super glad they are a part of the team.

We are been living in QUINTAIN living, Ferrum 2 from almost 4 years. The whole team is too supportive and helpful. The maintianence team is always on their toes for queries and response. They always make sure they are present and seen around, assuring needs are been addressed. The reception team is friendly and supportive and make sure all the time a smooth resident communication.

We've been living here for almost three years in Quintain Madison, and it's been a fantastic experience from day one. A big thank you to the concierge team, especially Noami, Maria, and Jayvi, as well as everyone else on the team. They've always been friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything, whether it's parcels, building issues, or simply making residents feel at home. We really appreciate everything they've done for us over the years and couldn't have asked for a better team.

I chose Quintain Living partly because it promotes itself as pet-friendly, but my experience at Landsby has been extremely disappointing.

Dogs are not allowed in any of the indoor social spaces, even when kept on a lead. This is especially frustrating during hot weather, as my apartment in Landsby East has no air conditioning and there was nowhere indoors for my Samoyed to cool down.

What made the experience worse was the attitude of a female cleaner at Landsby West, who is often seen with her hair tied up. When she saw my dog, who was on a lead and keeping his distance, she reacted with visible disgust and said “F word.” My dog had done nothing to her and was calm and friendly.

Regardless of the pet policy, residents should not be treated with hostility or offensive language by staff. The strict no-dog rule in all social areas, combined with this unprofessional behaviour, is completely inconsistent with the pet-friendly image Quintain Living advertises.

The team at Ferrum are just the best! Nothing is too much trouble, they are completely focussed on delivering the best experience they can, shout out to Lucian in particular!

I would like to review one of the lovely reception staff in Repton Gardens: Chuck. He's always smiling and making sure the residents are having a great day and super friendly and polite. You know he genuinely listens to you because he will remember what you've mentioned before and has helped us many times with any kind of problem we've had. The staff has changed a lot in the past two years in the building, hope Chuck stays as long as possible and that new arrivals can learn amazing customer service skills from him!

Ferrum buidling by far is the best. The team are always there to help. Especially Omer and Anne

The team at Ferrum have been a great assistance to me, they are fast and efficient with any maintenance concerns I may have. The team at reception is knowledgeable and go beyond their scope of duties to help me where they can.

I loved Ferrum during my lease term. Amazing apartment with a very nice neighborhood. However what really stood out was the Ferrum team, Lucian and his team was truly lovely and friendly, genuinely helpful and was outstanding ❤️❤️
