Renting from Quintain has been an excellent experience. They are always approachable, kind, and genuinely attentive to tenants’ needs. Whenever I had a question or required assistance, the response was not only quick but also thoughtful, which made living here very comfortable.

The property has been kept in great condition, and it’s clear that Quintain staff members take pride in ensuring a safe and welcoming home. I’ve really valued how easy communication has been and how smoothly everything has been managed during my 4 years of tenancy.

I booked my wedding event in Quintain Living (Robinson South) and OMG, what an outstanding experience and eventful day it was. The lovely management (Karolina) dealt with all my queries, making sure I had everything I needed and went about and beyond. From their roof terraces, to podium areas and general social spaces are just mind blowing. Quintain Living is a quality development business for high quantity living spaces, and is a must see for yourself. I am very impressed.

I’ve been a resident at a Quintain property and unfortunately, my experience dealing with their accounts has been marked by persistent incompetence, misinformation, and lack of accountability.

After a security breach affected my bank account, I was temporarily forced to use a credit card for all payments. Despite this, I was repeatedly told by Jessica T. and Julika G. from the Accounts Team that card payments (other than AMEX) were no longer accepted — a claim made without any formal communication or policy update from Quintain.

The reality? Others have been provided payment links, and the inconsistency in how tenants are treated is baffling. Each month I have to chase, clarify, and argue to get a simple card payment option for rent — something that should be effortless in 2025.

I also raised a genuine concern about possible overcrowding in a neighbouring flat — not to snoop, but to ensure safety and compliance — and was met with a copy-paste GDPR response that completely missed the point. This further demonstrates how Quintain’s internal communication seems more concerned with deflection than resolution.

On a much more positive note: Hamza, who works the concierge at Robinson’s South, has been nothing short of outstanding. He’s consistently positive, helpful, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. He sets the example that the rest of Quintain’s team would do well to follow.

I’m currently documenting these issues for submission to The Property Ombudsman (TPO), Trading Standards, and the local council.
All supporting evidence, including emails, can be shared upon request.

Tenants deserve competence, clarity, and consistency — sadly, those qualities are lacking in much of Quintain’s back-office operation.
