I've bought a couple of radiators from…
I've bought a couple of radiators from this company in the past month. Two black ones that look absolutely stunning once fitted and make newly decorated rooms look even better. They are so eye catching being very sleek and stylish.
The quality is top notch and they are an absolute doddle to fit, even to hollow walls as long as you use the right raw plugs.
The price is highly competitive considering how modern these look and delivery was super quick.
I am basically renovating my new house and have no hesitation in using this company as I replace the radiators throughout.

"Decided to go for tall radiators for two rooms to make better use of the space available. Bought two and delivery, packaging and style spot on. The brackets are very sturdy items and the fixings of a suitable size. Valves also look really good and again well packaged. Would recommend Radiator King to all based firmly on price, delivery and excellent communication"

Resolved in the end
Ordered my radiator over 9 days ago and still waiting to receive delivery. Have contacted the support team numerous times only to receive apologies and promised delivery on another day . But still nothing . Not kept updated unless I prompt them . Terrible customer service just blaming outside delivery services. Have had to take extra days off work and frankly feeling very stressed about the whole experience. Still not sure when my delivery will be and wishing I never placed this order .Since my original review , Eloise has been in contact to resolve this issue, radiator arrived and has been fitted , my plumber commented on what a good radiator it is . Appears problems lye with the courier company. But finally happy at last .

No complaints whatsoever
Towel radiator was good quality and arrived quickly. My old radiator had cheap plastic brackets for mounting but this one had solid metal adjustable brackets which were much better. I would happily buy from this company again.

Great Price and Great Quality
Really quick delivery and really well packaged. Rads are great quality, the one we chose specifically kicks out loads of heat, and stays surprisingly warm for a long time after the heating has cut out. Glad we decided to go for the matching valves, they compliment the radiator nicely. And best of all, they are really well priced.
Always wary of buying larger items like these online, but would have no hesitation in purchasing from here again.
