I use Raisin to "raise" the money for…
I use Raisin to "raise" the money for my taxes. I used to collect for the year and pay it all at once, but now they insist I pay quarterly which is a huge pain in the neck! So I take the money out of Raisin to pay quarterly. I will be depositing more money for the next payment, in December. I appreciate all the help your staff has given me, always reliable and uncomplaining! Thank you.

The Raisin customer service representative who attended my phone call was very well-informed, patient and knowledgeable. He made contacting Raisin a pleasant and productive experience. All of my questions were patiently answered. If I could, I would request this particular Raisin representative whenever I need help with something related to the platform.
Related to the Raisin "experience," I appreciate the improvements made to the website and the ease of the banking process over the last year or so.
