Prem was excellent to work with. He made the entire process of video shopping from USA easy. We have been buying from Rajwadi for many years and always the quality is great. They did my custom alternations perfectly and I’m so excited to wear my lengha soon.

Can someone respond to my call and texts from Rajwadi. I am trying to contact to see a lehenga#WLC53055 through video call so that I can order.

One of the best online shopping experience I have ever had. I requested for a video call before delivery and the staffs called me to make sure that everything is good for delivery. I received my lehengha in Malaysia within 1 week and I was amazed how quick and smooth the whole process was! The lehengha is PERFECT and I cant wait to wear for my wedding!<3

BUT WE REGRET OUR DECISION TO PURCHASE FROM RAJWADI,RAJWADI IS RESPONSIBLE TO SPOIL OUR FUNCTION AT THE END MOMENT.

Loved the whole video shopping experience beautiful collection of lehangas . I’d like to appreciate the patience with the team as we changed choices after video call & esp the tailor as he looked at my measurements chart shared & called me personally as he felt it wasn’t right ! Professional shopping and well packed lehangas received in AUS within 5 days! We had immense joy while opening the package it was stitched perfectly and exceeded our expectations! OD28265 - mojari. What a pathertic piece, no cushining, looks like footbed is made up of cardboard. Moreover, company refuses to take it back. Nothing is mentioned in the description of product regarding use of cardboard for base. Avoid this poor quality product.

The delivery is on time. The product matches what was described on the Web site. Fully satisfied with the product.
The only issue was originally ordered two items based on the website availability. However, later they said one item is not available and can't be delivered. They need to keep the website updated quickly if the product is not available.

To start, Rajwadi did a fabulous job and I absolutely loved each and every one of my outfits. Before I ordered from them I already had a pretty good idea that they would sew quality outfits as I had purchased many items from the physical store in Valsad, India when I went. But the service I received online, Wow! I purchased 3 lengha choli suits and paid for custom stitching as I wanted the blouses customised. Not only did they listen to my ideas but they made them happen better than I imagined. They worked with me to make adjustments to my ideas based on their skills and suggested ways it would look better on me through video call. I asked for matching latkans to be added to the outfits and they either added small beautiful ones or gave me a big fancy one to hook on the side of the skirt. I was very impressed by this as they thought one step extra where other stores would probably give a basic one. Before shipping the package to me overseas they double checked all measurements by sending photos of the blouses with a physical tape measure next to it so I can see the size. They also made clarification phone calls to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted and I was very happy with that extra step of initiative they took to make sure my outfits were perfect. When I received them yesterday, they looked exactly like what I asked for and what the pictures showed. The fitting of the blouses was basically perfect, slightly lose but I’d prefer it that way. I also received my package about two and half weeks after ordering and had tracking details through the whole shipping process so I could wait without worrying if it will arrive. Overall I would definitely purchase from Rajwadi online again without a doubt and would not even think to look elsewhere first. I 100% recommend Rajwadi to others 😊
