I ordered 30th November and parcel was…
I ordered 30th November and parcel was delivered 5th December. One of the freeze dried sweets had only 3 sweets in and was quite crushed. Never had a problem before

Your order was dispatched on the 1st, due to our 2pm same day dispatch cut off. Unfortunately it was then the weekend after this, and we do state that deliveries are made on working days.

Great selection of overseas items
Randalls themselves were great. Despite not finding a phone number on their website a quick Google search located it and I rang and got the additional info I needed (no weight info against products). All the items were packed well including the crisps so arrived without being crushed.
However despite sending overnight for next day delivery by APC and getting various updates directly from APC they didn’t arrive and were a day late.

Good items, but not enough.
Items are nice, but not nearly enough included for the price IMO. I know import tax is expensive, but I would’ve expected a few more things in the box, especially because the box it arrives in is huge.

Unfortunately, imported Japanese products can be pricey but we try and be fair with our pricing and fill the gift box as much as we physically can.
Poor service from a company that doesn't care...
Item was damaged in post due to poor packaging and no replacement was offered. I was effectively told, "Oops... These things happen." As it was an edible item purchased as a gift, I wouldn't want to be given it myself, let alone give it to someone else. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with them again.

As discussed in our emails, the product was wrapped in bubble wrap to try and prevent damages.
Luckily, your product wasn't actually damaged and it was just the packaging.

I’ve only had two orders from Randall’s, the service and care they make with every order is outstandingly amazing. The little freebie is a sweet touch aswell :)
I can’t explain how much trust I have ordering from Randall’s the people that work there seem absolutely lovely from what I’ve seen on tiktok and the TikTok lives. They give so much care and understanding to their customers it’s just so lovely to see and experience.
