Liked the fact I was given a 2 hour slot for delivery. I bought the bed for my son and was surprised at the quality. He called this morning to say that he had a brilliant sleep. I may well buy one for myself

Ordered a cheap double divan with drawers and mattress not for spare room not expecting much as it was so cheap....and wow! It's so sturdy and comfy and was delivered super quick.

What a beautiful bed for my 5 year old son. He absolutely loves it. Very cozy and mattress very comfy. Delivery was fast, smooth and friendly. Looking forward to purchase for my daughter as soon as she turns 5. And maybe purchase a double size for myself. I love it

The delivery was made promptly and within the hours advised in a text message to me the evening before which was very helpful.
The driver was very polite and considerate and stacked the bed in a convenient place in my hallway.
The bed is very comfortable and I am so far delighted with my purchase.

Delivery driver just left stuff on the doorstep n me and my brother who are both not exactly able bodied had to struggle to get the pieces up the stairs, not to mention when it came to attaching the headboard both attachments wasn't the same. The item itself is alright quality n comfy and it's a good job really after all the hassle of sorting it out.

The bed itself was quite simple and straightforward to put together and it looks very comfortable. I am yet to actually sleep on it yet but I will soon and am happy so far. Unfortunately the delivery experience was a little frustrating as the driver arrived early and initially was not prepared to wait until the allotted 8am to 10am slot which was when I was planning to get to the house as I hadn’t moved in just yet, He rang and suggested leaving a king size bed outside the house!! Which I thought was bad service. Obviously I understand he has other jobs to go to and lots to get done but there’s a certain level of service to adhere to especially with a large and expensive product. I eventually arrived just before the delivery guy and he carried the bed up to the property on his own despite offering to help, but then refused to help me take it up to the bedroom. This was fair enough as I know some companies don’t do this but then he left very quickly and was half way down the drive to his van before saying bye which was quite rude and impolite in my opinion.

Cannot fault the bed and mattress. It came on time and in good condition. The driver was friendly also. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Bed arrived damaged. Partial refund due to the damage offered of less than 1% of the value of the bed and even when refund accepted a sum less than agreed was paid! Alternative of replacement was difficult to arrange. Will not use seller again.
