Ordered a bed for my son. Was kept up to date with shipping and delivery. Delivery driver was fantastic, I had a text and a email on the day with a 2 hour time slot and the driver called on the way and arrived exactly when he said. He helped me carry the bed into the house. Bed is very comfortable and well put together.

The communication was good all through the process. The bed was well packaged and looked exactly like the image on line

Was easy to order and so fast delivery. Delivery man was polite and helpful

As soon as my order was placed on Amazon I was given updates from rapyalstores straight away, I was also given a two hour delivery slot, the duvan bed and mattress was delivered perfectly, the quality is great for such an amazing price. Would recommend.

I am waiting to move homes so am keeping new bed till then. 7 year old grandson has tested the mattress and would like one!

Prompt delivery and when the bed was constructed finally is great. However the instructions were terrible and completely unhelpful. Needed to contact the company who sent a TikTok link. Also the piston supports didn’t initially work.. needed to look on YouTube how to get them working. Better clear instructions along with troubleshooting FAQs would be really helpful

I ordered a small double bed it arrived the next day which is impressive.
It was packed well and for the price I am amazed at how nice it is it is a lovely black velvet and the mattress very comfortable, the only downside is it didn’t come with instructions, so when fitting the headboard we didn’t realise that the four black tubes go in fronting the headboard screws to stop the bed getting stuck on the headboard when lifting, we worked this out after we had the said the problem.

Very impressed! My order was fulfilled and delivered in a professional manner with ease. I received a 2 hour delivery time window the evening before so I could plan my day without having to spend lots of time waiting around. The delivery driver called me 20 minutes before arrival to let me know he was close. I'm very happy and will definitely use them again.

The mattress delivered was not the one described on the website. Rapyal was adamant that we were being delivered the right one but we have had this mattress before and it simply was not. Wrong brand, different materials, different feel, not the same mattress at all. We feel deceived.
Delivery was two days later than it should have been but we were kept up to date with this via text messages and phone calls.

The delivery was quick from when i ordered, i had a email confirmation sent letting me know the day and time tgey would deliver. Although early in morning on the day i had a phone call to say they were not far away and will deliver, better than waiting i guess and they were careful with offloading and bringing to my property. They took photos for my invoice and for proof of delivery. I have to say the bed is a good bargain, the mattress is comfy and good quality this is especially good for people who may find it difficult in purchasing a bed and mattresses are separate. Its a risk buying a mattress online if you are not there to test it but this was a risk worth made as its really good, friends and family have complimented the bed and will look to purchase and i will purchase again for my daughter. Overall this bed is really good for the price especially being divan and with very good storage, i purchased a double and a kingsize bed is still a reasonable price as well, cant go wrong so keep the price reasonable as this can help reduce the expensive cost of purchasing a good bed for people, families or couples starting out.

My new single bed is beautiful. The fabric of the base and headboard is of good quality and the mattress perfect; not too firm and not too soft so overall

This company are the best for cost, quality, service and delivery i had an excellent experience shopping with them, I had actually purchased a divan, headboard and mattress via a different company on Amazon who at the last minute let me down and said they didn't deliver to my area in the UK??! So decided to order via ghost beds on amazon although Rapyal stores seem to supply and deliver? Anyway I ordered from them on Monday and it was with me Wednesday, the cost was very good for a really lovely large single divan, very thick lovely memory mattress and gorgeous headboard, the delivery man was really great and very polite, carried it to the door. Great company and I will use them again. Thank you Rapyal stores

I ordered the Celsi 1250 Media Wall Unit, website was clear & simple to operate. Brilliant, efficient communication from the head office regarding delivery convenience. My fire was delivered just a week after ordering, well within line of the recommended delivery time. The fire arrived in perfect condition & looks absolutely amazing. A really great company. Professional, reassuring & helpful.
