Avoid at all costs ! Ordered a coat and received a rag which smelled of smoke . Customer service is none existent that’s why PayPal isn’t an option to pay I’ve lost my £55 !

SCAM. Ordered velvet blazer. What arrived could only be described as a shabby piece of rag, badly stitched together to pass as a blazer. Good for nothing. Wish I could upload pictures to show you. Offered me 10% as "gesture of goodwill". Opening a dispute with my bank to get money back from them. Trust Pilot you really need to look again at this company called RAYIDA there is NO shop in London they are 100% SCAMMERS

Website has fake trustpilot ratings and reviews. It’s a hongkong company not London and has return US Miami address for items. They collect your payment card details plus other personal information and pass it on to third party people probably to steal money from your account.

They refuse to refund you. Don't waist your money and your time. You will not get a refund if you request.

This is a drop shipping company based in China and the pictures advertised has NOTHING to do with what you will receive, then they REFUSE to refund you. Absolutely disgusting and shocking! I don’t understand how these people are still allowed to trade in the UK and their website is open.

Not London based. Confirmed via email they have no store as pictured in London. "Come visit" fictional store? Partial refunds or expensive return of falsely represented items is however not fictional. China based long delivery. Very poor quality. Items sold not even same design/construction. Would say poor copy of product but I don't even think they gave the manufacturer a picture to work from, a vague description maybe.Product was generic produce available cheaper on amazon.

Very low quality ,the warehouse is in China ,so if you want to retuen it it takes your money and time as well and need to wait 15 to 30 days .
This is not a UK based company so be aware it.

Bought a Overcoat at £75 from Rayida. The coat looked nothing like the coat I ordered and the sizing? Well, I bought the coat in size XXL. When it arrived, the coat was AT LEAST 3 sizes smaller than a XXL.
When I tried to get a refund, they said I could get a 10% refund to allow for the undersizing and to keep the coat, due to the high cost of returning the coat. The coat was shipped from China, which isn't mentioned anywhere until you have bought an item.
I'm contacting my credit card company to get a full refund.
Total scam.

They are dreadful and I have paid nearly £60 for a coat that is made badly, and looks nothing like the picture. I am trying to return and getting no satisfaction- I am going to do a fraud complaint through my bank - they are frauds. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Please don't be fooled by this company. I ordered a coat which on the pictures were stunning. When the coat arrived it looked really cheap it was very thin and looked like it had been cut with wonky scissors. It also stated free returns when I requested a return it wasn't free and by the time I had sent it back to China it wouldn't have been worth my while. I ended up with a 25% refund so 9.99 I got back ....please trust me when I say this is a sham site with awful quality clothing ....don't fall for the fake AI pictures advertised.
