Once again I can say how proud I am to be a RCUK customer!
Efficiency, speed, communication between all the parties from the fantastic A1 WhatsApp chat with Queen who helped me most probably on more than one occasion, to my dedicated account manager Aaron it just works!! This wrapped up with a fantastic price package and you are good to go feeling like a king!

Excellent Customer Service from RCUK
We are a growing company in Camden. We had first class customer service experience from RCUK over a period of 3 weeks and maybe more. We have prompt responses to queries regarding invoice and billing with advice of how to avoid out of contract costs . We were given an excellent renewal contract option with the latest phone on offer. They listen to any queries and respond with viable flexible options. We really felt looked after by the Account Manager and the Customer Service / Billing Team.

RCUK great experience
I walked in to RUCK to buy the latest Samsung Galaxy S24, Meir gave me outstanding service, explaining me all the options at unbeatable prices. At the same time I've also signed a contract for 3 new sim plans by RUCK beating any other price offered to me previously, inc free roaming in Europe.
