I recently changed from an iphone to a samsung and RCUK helped me with the transfer. Boudene is very helpful and prompt with her response, she set up a good time that was convenient for me to come into the store. All the staff at the branch are extremely helpful and Professional.

Been using RCUK for over two years and can see they are a breath of fresh to deal in comparison woth the bigger mobile network providers. Always quick to respond and I nearly always deal with the same person which helps. Their customer service is how it should be and I can only recommend them very highly.

This company manages all our telecoms devices - 3 mobile phones and 15 tablets, we recently experienced some irregular data usage with some tablets and asked them to investigate - this was done very promptly, professionally and with excellent communications at all stages leading to a resolution of the problem. We also needed to exchange a damaged tablet, again this was all arranged with a couple of emails. I am very pleased we use this firm and would recommend them without hesitation to any company needing to run a number of staff mobiles / tablets etc.

My outdated phone was due to be replaced. Meir made the experience seamless and within the hour I walked out with the new phone with all the data transferred.

I was with RCUK for 3 years since they dragged me into a 3 year contract, And since i was new to the uk I didn't know of anything better so i signed the contract,
My monthly charges was way higher then I was told at the time of signing the contract, And When I tried reaching out to them it was nothing I can do,
Well I ended up paying around £40 per month just for talk and text and 1 GB of data And a US number,
Which BTW I have the same exact plan now with o2 Directly plus 40 GB of Data and my monthly charge is £12 per month and the same price every month,
Bottom line just stay away from this company..

I bought the Nokia 215 4g from the goldsgreen branch, and have had many problems e.g doesn't always let me send text.
Sometimes my phone just switches off on its own accord when it comes back on my messages are all mixed up.
When i sent a text sometimes it doesn't go into the conversation of that contact it will start a new conversation
When i make calls the receiver cant always hear me clearly.
I've spoken on the phone and taken it back to the shop and all they said it could be the contract i'm on and its not that as it lets me send texts and calls and while staying in same place it won't let me sent same text to another person etc
It has no dictionary on it so each new word you need to put it in

Excellent service, mostly that you have staff in the Stamford Hill branch speaking Yiddish
