Truly above & beyond! In my 30 years of working professionally, RCUK have the best customer service department within any company I have worked with.
What they did to get the new iPhone to my boss, twice! Was amazing.
Staff like Anthony, the guy at the Golders Green branch who personally delivered the iPhone. Bianca & the South African sounding gentleman deserves bonuses!

RCUK are simply the best. Jade was incredibly responsive, so helpful and I felt that she and RCUK were there to ensure all was good and any issue sorted immediately and in my favour. Could not recommend highly enough. Five Stars all the way.

No pressure to spend at Stamford Hill Computers really…

Mujib at Stamford Hill Computers really knows his stuff. His friendly, respectful manner is really helpful when you're feeling anxious and finding it hard to decide what's best to do. No pressure to spend. I bought a refurbished laptop and am very happy with it.

Excellent after-hours service

Late one evening I had somewhat of a Panic as one of our workers was in USA and was having a problem with his device which he needed urgently for work purpose. Sent an email “after hours” to RUCK and a lady by the name of Queen reached out to me, spent time trying to resolve the problem and never let go till job was done and solved. Thank you, you are indeed a QUEEN.

Disappointed with the service

Disappointed with the service.
I’m really unhappy with how things have been handled so far. I feel like I’m being overcharged, and when I’ve tried to reach out for help, I just keep getting passed around different departments only to be disconnected in the end. It’s been very frustrating not being able to speak to someone who can actually assist. I hope this can be resolved fairly and quickly.

I had a great experience buying my new iPhone from this shop. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got the best service, and even helped me outside of their regular opening hours, which I really appreciated. More fees than service

Don't use RCUK.
I have been with RCUK 5 years. BEWARE of signing a contract with them. They're a little pricey, and I incurred many charges and fee's. I have overpayed so many times... also they're not honest with you about the T&C's.
If you want a really good plan, use smarty.co.uk

Great service

Had an excellent experience at this…

Had an excellent experience at this mobile store. The guy named Meir was incredibly patient and efficient, setting up my new tablet and transferring everything seamlessly. It took about an hour, but it felt much quicker thanks to his professionalism. The service was smooth, and the person assisting me was extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Don't use rcuk

Since I started using their service I always got very very high bills for no reason and after calling them and figuring it out I get the bills again I tried to cancel my service a few times and it didn't work and after all this when I actually canceled everything and I asked if I have to pay anything more and I said no I got a bill for $153 pounds terrible service terrible company unacceptable

MeirHoward returned my call regarding…

MeirHoward returned my call regarding my request to update my phone. He went through possible new phones keeping in mind what I wanted,from the phone eg a good camera and also cost
The next day I went to RCUK and he showed me what he thought was what I needed.
He was patient with all my questions and I felt he really cared that I would be happy with what I was buying.
He spent a lot of time helping me.
I think he is exceptional at his job and I would always recommend him and the shop as a place to go.
