The service has a cool idea and everything seems to be working fine except one thing, which is really important.
They implement their own firewall in front of every machine and you should turn it off from the UI every time you reboot the machine. And there's no way to turn it off permanently. I also had to luck to solve this problem with the support.

WARNING THEY HACKING OWN CUSTOMERS
They stole eth via a clipboard hijacker, copied the private key and send it to one other wallet.
They stopped my Bot so I have to reenter the private key and so they got me.
The same happened to 4 other friends, we didnt got hacked by someone else we used only one single opensource tool, this was 100% an attack by the staff of rdp.sh
Ignore the reply of them below this rating if they will reply its b*llshit.

Dear customer,
we’re sorry to hear that but we’re not responsible for the incident.
On your public forum thread you've clearly shown that your server was infected by a malware, that was the cause of your loss and it wasn't caused by us in any way.
Every server gets generated with a completely random password assigned to it, we don’t have access to that information unless you provide us with it, and we would only use it for support requests.
Never use the same passwords for multiple websites and now that this has happened we suggest changing them.
Enable 2FA on our website.
