RDP.sh Avis 95

I bought an RDP 5 days ago and asked for a refund because I didn’t complete the full payment. The price was €47, but I didn’t notice that it was in euros and I only sent $41.

Since I don’t have the remaining amount, I requested a refund. They told me they would handle it, but it has been 4 days and no one has responded. When I open a new ticket, it gets closed automatically and they say: “Your ticket has already been escalated.”

The worst VPS to ever use if you want Linux distributions. It's better not to have any issues on the VPS. I opened a ticket 5 days ago and no solution has been found. They don't reply anymore and leave me with servers that don't even work in their own web console. Their customer service is bad. I have photos of the discussions that I can attach. Be careful, guys.

Their website clearly advertises supporting crypto and card payment (card payment being with revolut) but when you go to pay for an invoice, it doesn't allow card payment. The two options that are left are crypto payment (which has various fees associated with it) and pay from current account balance. When you try to go to "recharge" to top up the account for the total amount on the previous invoice, it adds tax to the amount which even if it isn't looks like paying 19% tax on already 19% taxed service.

I put in a support ticket questioning why card payment wasn't available and asking to close the latest invoice (so I can look at options to pay previous as second invoice didn't make sense) and they ignored the point I made about the second invoice ignoring it in their support message and just saying "Unfortunately, only crypto is available at the moment.". By far the most sketchy server provider I've dealt with so far.

For those that are interested in using their services, you are still of course free to do so but I would be cautious if I were you.

Can only recommend this service, have been a customer for over 2 years now and never had any issues. Support is top notch and replies very fast!

After trying a few providers, this one really stands out for its speed, easy setup and transparency. The dashboard is simple to use and performance has been smooth with no major issues. Very satisfied so far.

For the past few months, I've been using this provider for remote desktops, and the performance has been reliable installation was quick, the connection remained steady, and I didn't experience any unplanned outages. Support also provided me with clear answers to my initial queries, which encouraged me to continue using it.

few years ago admin logged into my rdp and stole my btc from my coinbase wallet ($10). later i was logged into my rdp and got disconnected then instantly reconnected and saw they were trying to access my coinbase from my email again, then they tried deleting the emails but it was too late. Reading recent reviews seems they are still doing the same behavior. Regarding the rdp service, its good, but DO NOT leave any personal info these people are vultures and will take what they can get.

I found this company on bitcoin-vps.com so I decided to order because I wanted privacy while paying.

On the 29th of July 2025, I ordered 14 servers with RDP.sh and a day later I discovered that RDP.sh doesn't work for me for the following reasons:

1. The control panel feels buggy to me. sometimes I need to perform operations in a short time to serve my customers better, However your control panel is slow and misses some of my actions most of the time.

2. When i reinstall a server, its IP changes. this can't work for me

3. I can reinstall only 1 server every 10 minutes. It's hard to work this way when I have 14 servers and sometimes I need to reinstall all of them

4. The network of the servers returns at least 4-5% packet loss every time I try to ping the IPs

To sum it up, this is not a normal VPS provider.

I requested a refund, it has been 10 days and support keeps closing the ticket without refunding me.

I'm raising this complaint to the German court against 1337 Services GmbH soon, and AS210558 will be reported to RIPE as well.

I don't recommend this provider at all if you want a normal VPS. It looks like they're specialised in supporting illegal cracking activities and they don't know anything about actual VPS hosting

UPDATE: They asked me to send them an e-mail. I sent an e-mail clarifying everything that I wrote in this review AGAIN then they started ignoring me again. What a terrible company

Using them for 2 years now and had no issues so far. Good prices as well.

Admin logged into my server and sent LTC to himself from my wallet which i had on Windows RDP server. Scam. Never happened to me on other hostings.

Absolute dog company. AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS.

not good costumer service

Had nothing but nice things to say about this service, until my brand new server was given an "Urgent Suspension Notice" almost immediately. My ticket (#21161) has been left unread for almost a month now, wasting the entire billing period. Apparently, some random person running an automated script on GitHub has falsely flagged my IP as hosting a botnet - presumably whoever had this IP immediately before me - which RDP.sh did not investigate and instead suspended me indefinitely with no response.

Failing hardware and hacker attacks.

I just wasted 2 days trying to setup a server with them that was on sale. The server came with a bunch of users and a million issues... 41 critical error Windows kernel (hardware malfunction, or malware). The antivirus is managed by them and no way to run scans. When I enabled user lockout and audit, there were 2000 logon attempts and a bunch of lockouts... The responses are slow and they don't explain anything, just offer reinstalling to a different node with a complete loss of data. Reinstalled server had the same issues.
It was worth checking because how cheap it was but ultimately, it's a terrible deal.

Worst VPS service I've ever tried. They claim to use Ryzen 5950x, but then when you create the VPS, it's sometimes a 5600x, sometimes a 3600x, and even a 2600x. The first time I pointed out the issue, they replaced the server without even asking first, maybe I had important files, etc... luckily not. Everything was okay for a few days until, for no reason, one day CPU usage was constantly at 100%, so I decided to restore the server using the appropriate option on the website. Now the CPU is a Ryzen 3600x Pro. Terrible performance, constant lag, and unsurprisingly, they stopped responding to tickets. Not recommended. Don't buy from them.

It's about 9 hours after payment and still nothing happened. my payment is on "processing" status and they don't answer to the emails and tickets

This is very nice hosting site, support is answearing my tickets very quickly and all is working fine !
