They do not help you through your move and if you have problems {of course you will ] you will talk to their HEARTLESS customer service agents that will tell you 'over and over it is in your contract and how STUPID you were for believing in who you talked to I spoke to Vince Celito nice young man but is just out for his money NEVER told me he was a Broker never tried to help me when we had problems This was a nightmare. Please Please save yourself just get a real moving company THis company is NOT a moving company they are BROKERS trying to make as much money for themselves as they can They offer NO help and they just laugh in your face because you have already given them a NONREFUNDABLE down payment And they tack on EXTRA costs for cubic feet so they are still making money oiff you whe the real movers come in and they have to charge you what they have written down IT is HORRIBLE what they do to you

This moving company is garbage
This moving company is garbage. My friend who used this company to move has had nothing but issues. When my friend got to their new home they were told their stuff would be delivered on March 1st. It is now the 11th and my friend has not only NOT received their belongings but this company continues to not take responsibility for the suffering they are causing. I do not recommend anyone to use this company for moving because you will not receive your belongings. And you will not be compensated or reimbursed for their unprofessional and irresponsible business practices.

Do not use this company! They provide no service, and the total amount you pay is way more than what the original quote is even if you have minimal items. They don’t give a quote based upon how much you actually have, they just get you to sign the contract and then give it to a moving company and if the moving company wants to charge more, you have no choice but to pay more. It was an expensive lesson, but now we know!

DO NOT USE— price gauging!!
DO NOT USE—price gauging!! This is not a moving company...it is a broker. My move was quoted one price and doubled the day of when the movers arrived. I had no choice. All my items were packed, and no room to move the date.
On top of that, it was cash only to pay $3k plus additional costs for the day of. This company is not transparent and not upfront with pricing/processes, and I would NOT recommend it. They do not communicate pickup/drop off dates, supervisors never return calls, very rude…the list can go on. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB. This is very unacceptable! For this same total end cost, I would use a more reputable company.
