I was easily able to determine which toner cartridge to order for my printer. I unfortunately didn't see the 15% off for new customer orders until after I checked out. I emailed them and was promptly awarded the discount. So great customer service. I haven't received the cartridge yet, but assume that will go well too.

Really hoping I can upgrade this review as I think this company is trying. First cartridges I got were not accepted by my copier despite my following all the procedures recommended. They finally sent me replacement cartridges (218A), but the magenta just exploded. :( I'm hoping they will replace quickly. I run a small tutoring business and really wish I had just sucked it up and paid the outrageous HP cost. :(

Don’t order from them
I ordered a brother toner cartridge. When trying to install it simply does not fit. I contacted there customer service department and they insisted it’s the right product. I sent them a video. I wanted a refund and the just won’t honor there mistake. Terrible company. Next time I’ll order from Amazon

They are perfect!
Cartridges came in perfect condition! We were a bit nervous that our printer (HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4301) would not be able to accept it even if it claims it was compatible. But it really turned out great! Easy and clear instructions on how to install, great quality, and at a reasonable price compared to other vendors. We will definitely buy from them again!

Great Customer service and quality product
So initial order for a set of "HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Toner Replacements | With Ink Level Chip" was easy and delivered quickly. There was a color issue with the toner and they promptly addressed the issue and sent out replacement toner that resolved the color issue. Will continue to use these quality, well priced, toner cartridges!

I ordered "CANON" brand toner…
I ordered "CANON" brand toner cartridges and that is not what I received. My printer will not work with your "off market" . Printer recognizes it is NOT a canon cartridge. Can your cartridges be returned for a full refund?
