I'm so pleased to have discovered Real Meal! I run an adventure business called Jove Club where we take people away on epic challenges and expeditions - these bars are an excellent way to ensure people take on enough of the right calories - we recommend them to all our attendees.

It's very easy to spend days in the outdoors eating poor quality food (sweets, chocolate, pasties etc.) and I think RealMeal offers something better by delivering the calorie hit plus protein and fibre.

I now use them for all my personal challenges too as you can quite easily consume them on a long distance running event.

From a guiding perspective, they're also really useful to have as invariably someone hasn't brought enough food.

They fit into a side pocket really easily, they taste really good (especially the blueberry flavour) and are excellent value for money.

Overall - I highly recommend - they're worth every penny!

Love these bars. Good size and subscription pack of 4 is just enough to get me through the month. Good mix of flavours too.

I purchased the Adventure Pack to sustain during an ultramarathon in the Sahara Desert and they did not disappoint! I rationed myself to half a bar every 10km or so with a full bar at the 30km point and was exactly the fuel I needed to sustain. Great tasting flavours, easy and quick to eat, sufficient calorific content as well as small and lightweight minimising space in my race vest. A great purchase!

Been using Real Meal for a couple of years now and can’t rate them highly enough, I’ve used them on big mountain days including training for and during my Mountain Leader quals and also used them to help fuel ultra endurance races on the West Highland Way. Great tasting and a great macro split to keep you fuelled. A small business doing big things, keep it up 👍

I'm loving the taste. I value the option to whack one down after a workout, it's so convenient but also has a balance of macros, it really is a meal replacement. I'm also nibbling on one during ultras and long runs, again I value the balance and that I can take a small amount of real food as a change from gels and on longer runs a little protein is very valuable for recovery.

At last great fuel for endurance
I’ve been participating in endurance activities for many years and RM bars, especially Cacao & PB as well as Salted Caramel are by far the best fuelling system. If you run ultras (especially taking in fells and mountains) these bars are for you. I wish I had found them years ago.

These bars are such a welcome relief on long runs… no more excessively sweet, chewy or sticky bars. These bars have good mouth texture, amazing taste and digest well… no lingering after tastes. Would quite happily eat these bars whenever to be honest, they’re just that tasty!

Great taste, filling and saves on space when hiking.

..... i really like each of the flavours ... try to save them for my hiking days ... but they are also tasty chopped up in a bowl of skyr yoghurt ...
p.s. they are definately way more healthy than a Joe Wicks Bar ! ... Will should do a post on that

Real Meal is the real deal
I use these bars at marathon and ultra events. They are also perfect to have before my early morning weekend training runs. 600 cals of easy to eat and digest nutrition. The price point is just about right. I have also shared these with some of my running friends who are using them now too.
