Austria certified

Used 1 or 2 bars a day whilst hiking in austria gaining 700 plus metres in ascent over 5 to 10 miles and felt strong through out. These bars are a game changer .

Also used them on a few 44km mountain bike rides and had no dropped in energy levels.

Ideal for long days out on the hills, a mouthful every 30mins will take you anywhere you need to go.

Used for 300Km race, and 380Km multi-stage mountain race.

The best nutrition for those on the go!
Glad I tried these bars. For the size and weight you get some decent calories and the flavours are on point! I shall be subscribing to Real Meal on a monthly basis!

The best Nutrition on the go.
By far the best product to eat whilst training! I’m a big MTB’er and ride long miles perfect these bars are amazing! Fit in your bag doesn’t take much room! At 600cals it’s perfect 👌🏻 taste amazing you won’t be disappointed. Seriously thinking of adding more to my subscription

I urge any one doing endurance events to try these bars !!! I normally hop from aid station to aid station for nutrition with a few gels thrown in , not any more !!! These bars are fantastic , no drop off just a constant drip feed like feeling throughout the use , what a find !!!!

I reviewed these for HikersBlog, after seeing the ads on Instagram.

Very shortly after I submitted my order the bars were shipped and were received shortly afterward.

I took them to the Mournes where I walked until I felt quite depleted, then had the coffee flavoured bar. Felt like I could run through walls after it. I’d say it was on par with a sit down meal in terms of replenishment.

I found the taste and texture excellent, although that’s a highly personal thing.

I don’t mind the price, dry meal pouches or similar caloric content cost more.

Had an order arrive today, to find that all of the bars have sulphur dioxide in them, which isn't listed in the ingredients online. The salted caramel bar also has Sodium metabisulfite, which again isn't listed online. Also two lots of glucose syrups, only one lot listed online.

Basically the ingredients list online is completely different to that on the back of the packets!

As someone who tries to avoid it due to asthma, it's pretty deceptive to not list them, and I won't order again.

Fantastic product and the best I have found in many years! Great taste, no stomach issues and packs a big energy hit, perfect for fueling long endurance events.

Also a pretty great dessert in a pinch

10/10

Transitioning into new endurance training programme and the Real Meal bars are fuelling the sessions, couldn’t recommend enough!

There great for camping helps reduce the amount your carrying and tast s good

Banging hill food, as a Mountain Leader, and climber I am out on the hills doing big hard days all the time, Realmeal lets me pack tons of calories with out taking up hardly any room in my daysack, they also taste pretty dam good to. 100% recommend Realmeal to anyone who is doing big days, or high intensity training.

Excellent service, quick delivery and a brilliant meal replacement bar. Tasty and nutritionally balanced for my longer runs. No upset stomach. Win win 💪💪

Awesome product, trialed these in training on my long runs, easy to eat and good fuel, the bars are huge so I manage to split down into 3 portions, for me that works out 90 mins of fuel per bar, really happy to have found these, however some bars are easier to eat then others, definitely worth trailing 👍

The bars did everything I had hoped for. They’re lightweight, ridiculously tasty, easy to eat and kept me fuelled for my ultra. Difficult not to eat them all on the way to the race!

Excellent meal replacement bars, great flavours, and good delivery.

Great bars, and the team are always really helpful!

Genuinely really tasty.

Handed them out to friends also with all positive feedback.

I used mine for a long hike. Kept me going when times got tough. 100% going to order again very good stuff

After seeing some other recruits use them during exercises in the field, I decided to give them a go. While they’re on the pricey side, they’re incredibly simple, taste great, and don’t upset the stomach.

I relied on them during Final Ex, and they genuinely saved me from going down. Also used them for the 30-miler.

These bars helped me get my green lid. So cheers, Royal.
