RealMeal Avis

Amazing product, I used these through the commando course and it gave me everything I needed to get through the long endurance events. It definitely allowed me to go further and push myself and the flavours are bang on.

An excellent product and the best on the market. Here’s why - a great balance of carbs & protein, with the calories to genuinely replace a meal, it does the job. Clearly a lot of thought into texture too, something that doesn’t melt or crumble in your bag like so many. Flavours are great and not sickly sweet. A game changer!

I have used real meal bars upon numerous occasions every time supplying the hunger and energy needed, theres a cracking variety of flavours at a perfectly valued price, would recommend for anything from hillwalking, long runs or just even to fill that space if you haven't got the time to cook a meal absolutely bob on!

Wish I could give 5 + stars. These are the best bars out there. I've used them as meal replacement a few sea kayak expeditions and many day trips. They taste great, and the calorie content is perfect. Packing a whole meal into a bar saves time and cooking gas--vital when going fast and light.

A genuinely trustworthy product that I’ve used many times before and will continue to rely on when I’m on endurance events or to refuel post activity

Excellent product that really does deliver what it set out to achieve.
Not just for high performance athletes, this tasty little bar was the bedrock in my 10k and half marathon training, as well as a filling alternative for those days when I simply haven’t got time for breakfast!
Couldn’t recommend highly enough from a UK, family run organisation

My go-to meal replacement bar after trialling various brands. Perfect macro balance and the micros needed to keep going in any endurance event. Convenient, tastes great (double espresso & hazelnut is delicious and contains a caffeine boost), and nutritionally sound. Can’t recommend enough!

Tasty extremely good source of energy for any endurance sport.

Delicious and does exactly what you need it to!

Real Meal is the best meal/ration replacement bar on the market. Fact. I have used them as my primary source of nutrition for the following:
Commando Course
100 Mile Ultra Marathon
24 Hour Cycle
Trekking in Nepal
Devizes to Westminster Canoe Race

They have never let me down. Tasty and full of nutrition. The customer service is exceptional. It is evident that those at the company genuinely care about the product and their customers.

I won't use anything else and wish the British Army would include these in their 24-hour rations.

Regular user of this product to support both my rugby training and playing, as well as less intense walking and hiking.

Brilliant product, versatile for both intensities and prevents me fuelling on non-nutritious and sugar filled products.

Tasty, quick delivery and meets all the needs!

Thank you

Love RealMeal. Tastes good and gives you energy to get the task done. Great product!!

Awesome product. super easy to order. Can’t ask for anything more!

I was sceptical about writing this review given the company itself explains it was initially targeted towards UK special forces applicants and endurance athletes. Despite what I tell tell my wife I fit neither category, however given how positive my experience has been I feel they deserve my feedback.

As a mid-thirties athlete training for a 10k i was in need of ways to fuel prior/replenish after, various workouts, without feeling like I was over eating. I was recommended these guys by a friend whose big into hyrox (im not yet,) and thought i would try them out. I couldn't be more thankful I did.

I found the bars provide adequate meal replacement whilst also tasting top notch (a rarity I've found,) and they have become a staple of my training week.

Furthermore at a separate hyrox event I saw they had a marquee and decided to share some feedback. Low and behold the owner Will was there with his wife, and they couldn't have been more welcoming and receptive of my views. We did disagree which flavour was the best, in my opinion it's the himalayan salted caramel, whereas will the owner told me the coffee is best seller, but I was left very impressed by them.

It is great to see a British owned, family run, independent company. They seem to have found their niche in what is an ultra competitive market, and I would encourage anyone who reads this to try them out, (himalayan sea salt of course.)

Happy training,

Cameron

I have been using RealMeal bars for years now during my ultrarunning career which has seen me race in every extreme environment possible… the Amazon jungle, the Arctic, Kyrgyzstan’s mountains, the Namib Desert and UK Extreme races such as the Dragon’s Back and the Spine. The different flavours are fantastic and I actually can’t pick a favourite. Providing 600 quality calories they essentially replace a meal whilst on my long races or give me a much needed boost or a post race snack for recovery. I don’t race without these and they’ve never let me down. I’ve also got a lot of my clients who I coach who swear by them too.

I hike and climb almost every weekend and I got into a habit of buying junk food and sweats as it was easy to grab last minute but i found that I was gassing out so easy all the time, would have sugar crashes etc as well. I started to look at other options like freeze dried foods but found I needed to carry so much more water and cook kit. I then came across Real Meal bars and on paper they ticked all the boxes. Even still, I was so much more impressed than I thought I would be. They are mega easy to pack, great value and taste amazing. I expected them
To be dry like a cereal bar but no, Great texture and really filling. I’ve even had half for breakfast and half for lunch when l was out with the tent. I’ve got loads of my mates on them and can’t speak highly enough about this product!

Trialled on a long distance cycling trip. Great taste and flavour, not artifical like some other brands, and also incredibly filling. Fab product, will buy again.

Brilliant taste - really great quality! Perfect for everything from hiking to hyrox

Brilliant energy source

Was given a Himalayan salted caramel by a friend and thought it was delicious. Bought one of the multi packs and thoroughly recommend, all taste great, Coffee one in particular is great.
