Still have not received purchased bag/trade
I purchased a bag (via trade and I paid the difference) through rebag on 3-18-26. I sent them my bag and they received it on 3-26-26. It’s been almost 4 weeks and they still have not inspected my bag or shipped the one I purchased even though I was given a 7 day timeframe. While they did respond to my initial email asking what timeframe I should expect, they have not actually followed through with that timeframe.

One and done …
I was quoted a certain price originally for my bag that was in excellent condition and came with its original cloth storage bag. Much nicer than most things I see listed overpriced on this site. I sent my bag in immediately and in return it took weeks for Rebag to approve it or whatever they do in order for you to get your credit. Once they finally did of course they lowered it by $100. But what can you do by then? They have it. I’m not saying no and dealing with them returning it. I did buy a bag with the credit, of course it cost more than what my credit was for. But that’s how they get you. Anyway, I wouldn’t buy, trade or sell from this site again. My experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. Just ehh. Yes I know it’s a 2nd hand dealer but it’s still expensive. I just wasn’t impressed by the whole process.

It was a good experience!
Very slow experience
Very slow experience. There’s no reason it should take a month to have an expert look over your bag. What they’re doing is listing your bag trying to sell it beforehand, even though you chose straight buy out. Not to mention charging you $50 a month in that time to be a member. 3 months I had to pay that fee and will never see that money again. Chose a different option. Rebag ain’t it.

The staff who served me was courteous and professional. Good discount. It was a very pleasant purchase experience at the store.
Disappointed in the customer service
I purchased a Louis Vuitton handle bag on “excellent” condition. When u received it I tried it right away & found that the snap closure was not a tight fit, it kept popping open. I reached out immediately and found customer service was of no good or helpful service to me & unfortunately got the runaround after only having the bag 3 days. They did not offer any solution except to return it. It took me months to find & purchase, I did not want to return, they didn’t even offer an exchange. That was the second bag I purchased from them in less than a year and it will be the last.

Used to be great. Last 18 months, strongly disliked. The club is constantly pushed. Shipping is forever. Offers are inconsistent. Getting help is not possible. Products aren’t showing flaws in pictures.
