Return shipping lace leaves a lot to be desired
Good variety and decent prices. Practices in place to ensure items shipped back are delivered safely and sector is lacking. I sent something in to be appraised for sale and they refused the item, which is fine, but they sent it back without requiring a signature at delivery so my item was stolen. As a customer I should have been given the option to insure my delivery even if it meant I would have to pay for it.

I find it in very bad taste rebag is trying so hard for a subscription service and if you aren’t apart of this subscription, then as a client you aren’t treated well.

Placed an order 4/7/26. There have been no updates, no order fulfillment. Reached out to my sales rep who also tried to create a customer service ticket. No answers. This was a time sensitive gift for my wife. Still no answer or understanding. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I love my bag. Use it as often as possible. Was grateful to find the counter in Bloomingdales.
Overall process is smooth, BUT
The only issue is the customer service and the status updates that are provided (lack thereof). I think more details need to be provided on the details dropdown. No specific dates other than when item was received (trade). It has since been reviewed but not sure when? Dates are not provided. I started this on 4/6 and it is now 4/21. Sent 2 emails and had originally attempted to chat but never got any responses even though people are online and during business hours?
