Rebag has gone downhill these past 2…

Rebag has gone downhill these past 2 years. Trade In values are not accurate. Takes forever to get a purchase sent and to get your money after a consignment sale. I will be taking my business elsewhere. New policies implemented last year are awful.

I purchased a bag and then they cancelled my order after charging me. No one ever reached out to me to give me any information.

Great Experience every time

This is my 3rd transaction and am very pleased with product as described and arriving in a timely manor. I plan to continue shopping with them in the future.

Don’t sell to this company

Don’t sell to this company. Their business practices are questionable and inconsistent. Policies seem to change frequently, they sell your items while withholding payment for months, and then charge a fee just to transfer your money out of your wallet.

Delivery occurred after my trip

Delivery occurred after my trip. The entire process was difficult. It doesn’t take that long to ship and for the insane fees, it is even more ridiculous. FedEx wouldn’t permit me to pick up the package, even after their very rude driver refused to even look on his vehicle for the other package on the day I was home and he only delivered 1 item and was argumentative when I showed him the notifications. And don’t get me started on your refund process. A total money grab to keep customer’s money as long as you can. Seriously. I won’t order from Rebag ever again. If it isn’t in the store, I will pass. Supremely disappointing.

The purse quality was cheap and Rebag doesn’t follow their return policy , all these fees are applied even if you don’t keep the item even if your in the return timeframe . I would never order again and I have spread the word how rebags are rip off

Tried to do a trade

Tried to do a trade. Rebag decided to not take a bag in. I tried to pay with my rebag wallet and it was absolutely impossible. Going to the store and calling on customer service couldnt help. The store employees tried their best to help.

This is my second purchase. The bag arrived sooner than promised date and it was as described. Would purchase again!!!

Takes too long to get your money sent to your wallet, they get your bag then try to lower the price even more

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Bought a CHANEL bag that arrived damaged as it wasn’t packaged properly & simply thrown in a box that was not only too small but failed to offer any cushioning. When I called customer service the agent didn’t even know what CHANEL was! Requested to speak to a supervisor but this never happened. Dreadful!
