Misleading practices
I recently used Rebag to sell some of my handbags and shoes, and my experience was very disappointing.
Initially, I was given higher quotes for my items. However, after I accepted the offers and sent everything in, the values were reduced after inspection, resulting in significantly lower payouts. This happened more than once with the same item, which raises concerns about consistency and transparency in their valuation process.
I was also told that payment would be processed after inspection, but in reality, payment was not issued until the full 30th business day (excluding weekends and holidays), and only at the very end of that day.
To make matters worse, when I tried to withdraw my funds, I was given two options: either pay a 3% fee for immediate access or wait an additional 10–14 days to receive my money without a fee. This was not clearly communicated upfront and felt misleading.
After my experience, I looked into other customer feedback and saw similar complaints reported to the Better Business Bureau, including concerns about reduced payouts after inspection, delayed payments, and unexpected fees.
Overall, my experience lacked transparency and consistency. Sellers should be cautious and fully understand the terms before sending in their items.

So happy with my purchase
It was such an easy, smooth process from ordering and receiving my LV bag. It arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised by how well kept the bag was. I absolutely love my bag!
Would not trusting Rebag with high value items
I was interested in selling with REbag. I did not have a pleasant experience. I could not even get the label to send out my items after Many days of waiting and multiple follow ups, and customer service reps names Caroline are condescending and unhelpful. I would not trust sending my high value designer handbags and watches to this company even just the shipping label poses this big of a problem for them.

I had a great experience with the purchase process, largely thanks to Antonella. She is an amazing seller and truly made the transaction smooth and pleasant. Her service is excellent, and she is wonderful to work with.
However, I feel there is room for improvement regarding the trade-in process. When you trade items, there is a significant lack of communication. I dropped off my items a week ago and haven't received any updates or information. Since this was a trade, I am still waiting for my new purse while they inspect the items I provided.
It would be much better if the shop sent a simple email or notification to confirm that the items are being processed. A little bit of communication would go a long way in making the customer feel informed and valued during the wait
