I’m sorry for the confusion here.
After reviewing your order, the item selected at checkout was an 18-month medallion, which is what was shipped. I do see that “Year Confirmed: 2 years” was also selected, and I understand how that could create the expectation of a 2-year chip.
We always ship the exact product selected, but I completely understand how this could be frustrating.
I’m more than happy to make this right—if you’d prefer a 2-year medallion, we can arrange an exchange, or you’re welcome to return the item for a full refund.

Beautiful Skull Chip
Got this chip for my incredible daughter. She has done an amazing job in her life and l am so very proud of her. 8 years for her next month. She loves skulls of every kind, so thought she would love the one l got for her.
They shipped it very quickly and l love the chip. I know she will go crazy when she gets it!

WARNING
WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
The website they use WILL alter your address. The supplier will take your hard earned money and not provide the product, nor a refund.
I was told my recovery chips 16 and 17 years were delivered to an address that does not exist. Supplier attempted to blame me the customer for entering my address incorrectly. Which obviously would never happen.
If I could give this company a zero star, I would!

For clarity and accuracy: we do not alter customer addresses. The order was shipped exactly to the address entered by the customer at checkout. USPS accepted that address, transported the package, and confirmed delivery. As a courtesy, we also contacted USPS directly and obtained GPS confirmation of delivery to the address provided.
Only after delivery was confirmed did the customer advise that the street type entered (“Road”) was incorrect and that their actual address ends in “Place.” Address entry errors unfortunately cannot be corrected after a package has been delivered, and once a carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer, the order is considered fulfilled.
We regret the frustration this caused, but the claim that we altered an address or withheld a product or refund is factually incorrect. We encourage customers to carefully verify their shipping details at checkout to avoid situations like this.
