I did NOT receive the coin
I did NOT receive the coin. I ordered a few weeks before go her 40th sobriety celebration. I had to go to my local ‘club’ and get a bronze chip so I could give her something. I STILL haven’t received it! I’m terrifically, disappointed

I'm very sorry UPS seems to have lost it as tracking has not updated in 10 days and it is marked delayed. I've issued you a full refund and opened a claim with UPS.
Slightly disappointed but generally good service.
You made a mistake and sent the wrong coin. Everybody makes mistakes, that's ok. I did need it for a special occasion, so I wish you had sent the correct chip with faster shipping. Thank you for replacing the chip.

Even though that forgot a few rolls of chips, they were quick to respond and get those forgotten chips out to the mail immediately. Good customer service, good inventory and very cooperative.
