Our trainer Sarah was great!
Our trainer Sarah was great. Saah made the training a fun experience, focussing on the training itself instead of past experiences which a lot of trainers seem to do. If I do further training I would be delighted to have Sarah again.

I really felt like the course could've been completed in less time
I really felt like the course could have been done in two days. There was too much telling of personal stories and too many 'scenarios' (acting). It definitely could have been done in less time.
Having said that, the actual course was really good and gave me so much more confidence to deal with incidents. I would still recommend the Red Cross.

It is my first time in attending the…
It is my first time in attending the first aid course with Red Cross. It is a splendid experience! The instructor gave clear explanation and instruction in how to access critical situation before seeking help with formal rescue. This is very useful. Importantly, I am able to stay calm and not panic because I know what best to be done before rescue team arrives. I am sure if I am clam and be attentive all throughout, it will play the same to the vulnerable. Thanks a lot! A beneficial life skill to me.

It was good to learn the new basics of…
It was good to learn the new basics of first aid as they had changed since last time i did the course.
The tutor was good in relaying the information needed, in a fun manner and with his life experinces.

The tutor Mira was superb
The tutor Mira was superb. She made every day enjoyable and engaging. I was amazed at the amount of detailed knowledge we retained across the group and that was down to her style of teaching. She really was exceptional
