Emergency First Aid at Work
I attended a day long Emergency First Aid at Work course and it was my first time doing any first aid training. Our instructor was excellent, she made the session very engaging with lots of Q&A and practical exercises. I definitely learnt a lot!

Our First Aid at Work course with…
Our First Aid at Work course with Lavinia was absolutely amazing. She answered any and all of our questions, as well as making a really lovely, comfortable environment for all of us to learn. She made it fun yet educational, making it a blast to learn such important skills. Would recommend in a heart beat! Many thanks to the red cross and Lavinia!

Great First Aid Course with an Excellent Trainer
I really enjoyed the three day First Aid course with Red Cross Training.Heather was a great trainer, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow.
The three days were a great mix of learning, practical exercises, games, and demonstrations, which made it much easier to understand and remember what we were taught. We had plenty of opportunities to practise the skills ourselves and ask questions along the way.
I’m leaving the course feeling much more confident and prepared to deal with first aid situations. It was a really useful and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend the course to others.

Great experience!
Our trainer was outstanding (my course ref 1333023) and really helped make my learning experience really rewarding. His passion for his job and for First Aid generally shone through. The course was well paced, the group was a good size, the teaching materials were clear and I felt able to ask lots of questions.
I hope to never have to use anything that I learned on the course, however I honestly think I absorbed enough that should the need arise I will be able to rise to the occasion.

First aid training.
I recently completed my first aid training with the British Red Cross and had a really positive experience. The training was extremely useful and gave me some great knowledge and practical skills that I feel everyone should have.
The tutor was fantastic they made the training fun, funny and lively, which kept everyone engaged and made the information much easier to remember. It was a great balance of learning and enjoyment.
I would definitely recommend the British Red Cross first aid training to anyone. It’s valuable knowledge to have and I’m really glad I took the course.

Very experienced and knowledgeable trainer, she made the course entertaining as well as informative.
I learnt more than I thought I would, as it was a refresher course for me, but just shows the value of continuous training.
