Hayden at Redo was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping us solve an issue we were running into. He took the time to understand the problem, communicated clearly, and helped get us to a resolution quickly. Great service and much appreciated!

Great app and even better support

Mason from the Redo support team was incredibly helpful when we were migrating our email list from Klaviyo. He jumped into the chat fast and got everything sorted quickly. The app itself has been great for our Shopify store, handles returns, email marketing, and more all in one place. Highly recommend!

Keppner is a rockstar!

It is very easy to use this app

It is the easiest app to use specifically for what we needed and the good part is that we have to contact support and we have received the reply instantly and also onto my surprise the AI bot is a real responsive and it is also very helpful but of course I needed a bit more help and a person and the chat and in less than 2 minutes everything was sorted so I definitely recommend this app.

Redo has been a game changer

Redo has been a game changer. My business has improved so much since starting to use Redo. I trust Redo with all aspects of my business from Returns, Fulfillment, Conversion, and Marketing. I now recommend Redo to any and all businesses that I meet who are not using Redo. Cannot say enough good things about Redo! Plus, their support team is great and always willing to help the few times I have had questions.
