Great app and even better support
Mason from the Redo support team was incredibly helpful when we were migrating our email list from Klaviyo. He jumped into the chat fast and got everything sorted quickly. The app itself has been great for our Shopify store, handles returns, email marketing, and more all in one place. Highly recommend!

It is very easy to use this app
It is the easiest app to use specifically for what we needed and the good part is that we have to contact support and we have received the reply instantly and also onto my surprise the AI bot is a real responsive and it is also very helpful but of course I needed a bit more help and a person and the chat and in less than 2 minutes everything was sorted so I definitely recommend this app.

I use Redo's OMS product and it has made my shipping process so much easier! Lots of customization and automations that have made my life a lot easier!
