Redo is taking over with AI forward workflows to make everything about the ecommerce experience better. From back end setup to front facing user experience they've nailed down almost every aspect. They keep releasing new products that are useful and add value. Can't wait to see them take on Shopify 💪! Customer service is top notch too!

Exceptional App and Outstanding Support!

Redo has completely transformed how we handle our return process. The return portal is incredibly efficient and user-friendly, which has drastically reduced the volume of customer service emails pouring into our inbox. It truly allows customers to self-serve with ease.

On the rare occasions we do need support, their customer service team is top-tier. They are lightning-fast, highly efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us solve any issues.

If you want to streamline your operations and keep your customers happy, look no further. Highly recommended!

If you have any questions about the process, the team is always quick to reply and help. Recently, we had a complicated request, and Mason was on it and got it fixed and up and running in no time.

We’ve been using Redo for our returns…

We’ve been using Redo for our returns and warranties, and they have been absolutely amazing. They’ve cut down so much time for our team, and everything is incredibly organized and streamlined now.

What really makes the biggest difference is their support team — they are responsive, proactive, and always willing to problem solve whenever something comes up. Greg in particular has been incredibly helpful and a huge source of support throughout our experience. It’s rare to find a company that not only has a great platform but also truly backs it with outstanding customer service.

I honestly could not recommend them enough. 5 stars all the way

Dallin provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Customer Service Excellence

Redo is a great source gor all your shipping needs! The customer service is very helpful and responds quickly to your needs, whether it's a system related question or an individual order you need an assist with- they are there for you! It's very refreshing to have this level of care.

We keep adding more of their services

We started using Redo about six months ago for returns and claims, and it's been one of the easiest decisions we've made. We've kept adding services as we go, and we'll probably keep going.

Everyone we've worked with at Redo has been genuinely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We just rolled out their Order Management System, and their support team is going above and beyond to make sure everything is set up exactly the way we need it to run.

If you're considering Redo, go for it. Highly recommend.

Great software + great support

Great software. Great returns system. Great support (special shoutout to Mason - so quick and helpful) - really recommend Redo. I came from Return Bear who were acquired by Redo and really pleased with the product and support from the team.
