Redo checks so many boxes

Redo checks so many boxes for our return process. Everything we've needed from past return portals was possible with Redo. Alec specifically has been very communicative and helpful to us when issues arise. Great customer service and so easy to work with! Thank you Alec and Redo!

Redo is a 10/10

Redo has been a game changer for my small business! I started my online women's boutique less than a year ago, and as a new business owner, it often feels like you're drinking from a fire hose while trying to learn and manage everything at once. Thankfully, Redo has taken the stress out of returns and exchanges, allowing me to focus on growing my business and serving my customers. Their platform makes the entire process seamless and hassle-free.

I can't recommend Redo enough—10/10!

We've been using Redo for all of our returns, exchanges, warranties, claims, and shipping needs, and I can confidently say it's one of the best tools we've added to our business.

The platform is incredibly easy to use, saves our team a tremendous amount of time, and has streamlined processes that used to require multiple systems and countless emails. Everything from returns and exchanges to warranty claims is organized and efficient, creating a much better experience for both our team and our customers.

What really sets Redo apart is the people behind it. Their support team is outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping your business succeed. It's rare to find a company where you can get a same-day meeting with someone who can actually solve your problem, but Redo consistently delivers that level of service.

Incredible Support!

Mason was fantastic to work with. His support was incredibly fast, and he got me the answers I needed without any unnecessary back-and-forth. What really stood out was that he went beyond simply solving the issue at hand. He took the time to understand our operation and suggested ways we could optimize our workflow moving forward.

It's rare to find support that is both responsive and strategic. Mason delivered on both fronts, helping us resolve our immediate needs while also improving the efficiency of our overall process. Highly recommend working with him and the Redo team.

Solid platform and an exceptional support team!

We've really enjoyed using Redo. It has helped our team streamline both shipping and returns, making the entire process far more efficient than before.
