Excellent service for donating
Excellent service that makes it so easy to donate unwanted clothes, shoes etc. Simple website to book free collection and you can select from a list of charities or choose All Charities if you can't decide. Collection is arranged quickly and email and text updates are provided, including an estimated time on the day. I've used twice now and can't fault them. I'll definitely be using again

First time using Redonate. A very good idea of getting charity items collected especially as I don't have a car. Easy to use service, kept up-to-date with emails Nd text messages. Driver arrived on time and was polite. Will definitely use the service again.

I had a great experience with Redonate
I had a great experience with Redonate. The collection was arranged quickly, and the driver was gentle and kind , handled all of my donated items with great care. Unlike my previous experience with iCollect, where items were simply thrown into the van, the Redonate team treated everything respectfully. Thank you for making the donation collection process so smooth and hassle-free. Definitely use them again.

Driver never turned up. Redonate marked job as complete. Emailed and they asked to rebook. Reading other reviews here and no show/poor driver behaviour seems rampant with their service. Poor.
