Poor time management
I was given a time of 2.54pm plus or minus one hour. The driver turns up at 12.54, I’d scheduled my baby’s nap times specifically so I could manage sorting the bags just before that window began. She was asleep on my lap when they arrived. They knocked, waited all of 10 seconds before making it as “no bags collected.” My husband had to chase them down the street as he was thankfully working from home. Rubbish!
