Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service.
I put an order in for 2 aerocase bags for my sole trader business. Knew it was a backorder as it stated this online. Aa small glitch meant my account did not set up right. But a quick message and they reassured me promptly all was OK.
They beat the estimated back order time frame by around 2 weeks and kept me upto date the whole time and packaged my items well.
Will absolutely use them again (as our main supplier)
Use them. You 1000% will not regret it

Excellent Service
Very easy to purchase multiple items, and all goods in stock. I had a few questions so rang the customer service number and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable lady. Very happy with my order which arrived a few days later, and all as described. Would I use Reflex again? Yes definitely and I recommend you give them a try.
