Refundid has changed the way refunds and returns are managed. It makes the whole process easy, quick, and extra bonus of immediate refund.

I was returning an item back to Witchery when I was faced with Refundid.
I continued with the refund process until I was asked for my full credentials including my license number, at which point I closed the app thinking it was a hoax
If this is going to be used as a mode of refund then we should be advised by Witchery as my contract is with witchery not Refundid. not happy

Always a great experience. Really convenient service, able to get your money back while you post your order back. No waiting for postage timeframes or handling timeframes, just right there in your account!

Great easy to use service. Allows me to repurchase straight away not have to wait until item reaches company and refunded.
With Refundid it money is instantly in my bank account.
Takes the hassle out of returns.
All I have to do is drop to Aus post office. Post office even prints out label.

I have been using for a couple of years since Refundid first started. Always positive experience.

I have returned the product and the amount still gets deducting if this doesn’t stop am taking you people to consumer court

It appears that Refundid are the nominated method of returning items for Witchery now. I take it Witchery have outsourced their refunds process to this company.

I returned a purchase on 3/12/24 via the Witchery website and was sent through to refundid. I received an immediate email stating that my refund had been processed and would hit my account within 24 hours. To date, over a month later, I am still waiting for the refund to hit my account.

Refundid appears to b one of those companies that makes it as hard as possible to contact them. In the meantime they hold funds that are not theirs. Perhaps that's the business model.

Terrible experience and processes. Had to submit my drivers license to processes the refund request. I posted the return package back 2 days after submitting the return request. My account was credited for the refund, but then the refund plus more was taken from my account even though I got an email from AusPost saying the return was received by VRGGirl.

Excellent experience. Super easy to set up and I was refunded instantly.

Just when you think your return is finalised, a pop up came up and I accidentally clicked it and found I was charged more than $5 extra for insurance and carbon offset.

I would not give ONE STAR if I’ve got an option. This company is doggy as! Despite numerous attempt to communicate with them that it wasn’t my fault of the parcel of a returned item NOT being delivered. They continued to charge back my account many times. I’ve emailed them many times and of course - no one responded.
I’ve raised a case with Australian Post and Refundid meant to communicate with them for the lost parcel. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to worry about a parcel not being delivered, delayed or not scanned. I had to speak with CBA to make sure this company can be blocked from draining $ from my bank account.
It has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.

The opt out shipping protection and carbon offset is sneaky. It’s hard to see when finalising a return. I lost $5.50 from a $240 return that I’m already paying $10 to return. This should be opt-in.

So easy to navigate and true to their word - money back in bank account within minutes. Only slight issue was it did not accept my bsb (Australia bank 032-885), so had to forfeit the refund to my husband’s account.

Most dodgiest company possible bought of showpo sends a message you have your refund! And there is no bloody refund! Give my money back!!! Don’t buy from showpo because they leave it up to you to deal with these idiots that say they refunded you but I have proof they stole my money! Give it back! Answer you emails!

Great that you get your money retuned immediately but don’t like that they take extra money for insurance and carbon offset without giving you the option. Where does the carbon offset money go?
