I used this service to claim…
I used this service to claim compensation for a delayed flight, and what I appreciate most is that the entire process is completely contactless via email. You don't have to go anywhere or fight losing battles with airlines and court cases on your own. The only downside is the long processing time. Both the communication and the process itself take a very long time, so I recommend being patient. If you're not in a hurry for the money and want a stress-free experience, it's a good choice. The company only took its pre-agreed percentage, otherwise the whole process didn't cost us a penny.

Podmínky naší společnosti jsou zcela standardní a především předem transparentně uvedené. Chápeme nicméně, že Vám mohou připadat vysoké.
Portál, který zmiňujete funguje jako rozhodčí orgán. Ze své podstaty tedy nedokáže řešit veškeré případy a pomůže tak pouze v některých situacích a zpravidla pomaleji.
Každopádně děkujeme za Vaši zpětnou vazbu a uděláme vše pro to, abychom naši službu nadále zlepšovali.

Great service, absolutely satisfied, we had a right to receive higher amount of refund for our cancelled flight and these guys fought for it and it was succesfull, the whole team is always ready to answer questions, very satisfied, thank you all!

I really liked that they managed to do what I personally couldn't do, which was to get us a refund for our canceled flight, and we received the payment via Revolut immediately! I highly recommend it.

Náhrada za meškajúci let
Najskôr som kontaktovala leteckú spolocnosť ohľadom náhrady za meškajúci let. Spoločnosť vôbec nereagovala. Neskôr som oslovila spoločnosť Refundio. Páčilo sa mi,ako to celé jednoducho prebehlo od vyplnenia formulárov, až po zaslanie peňazí. Odporúčam.
